I don't know what wrong with that store, but waiting time so long, and nobody tells me when order will be done. Asked a few times, they just don't hear me. Just canceled the order. It's happened already a few times. Never again .

waited almost 45 minutes in the drive through. in that time i had to use the bathroom so i went inside and it was disgusting and filthy. by the time i got the food it was soggy and must have been ready for at least 20 minutes before they gave it to me. horrible experience i love taco bell but this establishment is absolutely ruined. i wouldn't give this place business if it was the last restaurant open

So, I like to come here after work sometimes. Most the of the time its not bad, I wait maybe 10 mins in the drive through. However its been almost 50 mins in the drive through as im typing this. It is almost 1am. I feel extremely bad for the employees who are probably understaffed. I think the owners/managers need to hire more people so that they can maintain fast service, it isnt fair to the customers nor the employees. I gave 3 stars because they arent too bad 7 times out of 10. Its a shame.

Incredibly slow service for Uber eats. 3 separate occasions the driver is there waiting for 20mins or more. This is ridiculous.
If it’s not one thing, it’s another at this location. They can’t do one thing consistently good or consistently bad. It’s a role of the dice. Half the time they charge you for something when you do a change and you don’t get it. They add up charges randomly. The staff is super unhelpful and you end up waiting forever for anything. I wish they just closed this location instead of renovating it.
