Only ever been through the drive through of this place, so can’t talk to the dining experience, but the food is always fresh and made quickly. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes. This location is currently closed for renovation.

If there was a negative 5 star I would have checked it. Between time service and actual fighting with customers, the language the girl behind the counter used in front of kids was horrible. Shuiti the manager is useless

I just went to the Weber street Taco Bell. It took them over 20 minutes for my order of a crunch wrap supreme alongside a cheesy fried burrito. I could even expect this service during a rush, but I was the only car in line for over half of my time spent waiting, by the end three cars had totalled up behind me, and after my waiting I was rewarded with cold soggy food, missing items (a cup of requested for and paid for nacho cheese), and a noticeable lack of crunch/freshness in any of the items I ordered. I also notice a hostile kitchen staff towards the drive thru window operator (whom admittedly was fine and professional and even apologized for the long wait and reorganized my bag after one of the lady cooks decided to toss my bag of food on his table in anger). I then tried to contact the store via their listed phone number only for them to pick it up and hang up on me immediately without being able to ask them about my missing items, the slow service, and the non-fresh food. I didn't even get a single word out, and my entire time in line I bit through the situation hoping that at least the food was good, only to get home and find out it was not. I could/would not recommend this location esspecially when the King Street location is so close by and has more promising reviews, I can certainly say I will not be bringing my business back here, and I would not suggest you do either. The only shining light throughout this experience was the drive-thru operator. He was polite, took my order well, got me my drinks quick, and was very apologetic about the 20+ minute wait.

The Weber street taco bell is one of the sketchiest Taco Bells in Ontario. You can almost see the salmonella in here. Service has never gotten better over the years.

Fries are stale that comes with no sauce even though it was asked for. The tacos are unfulfilling and subpar. The burrito is tiny with too much cheese. All this was part of the delux box was not worth it.

Unfortunately this location has not been enjoyable to use. I have used it for both drive thru and in person, as well as on uber eats. Sadly the service is very slow and not attentive. On the uber delivery they made the wrong food. I would not recommend visiting this location, however because this franchise doesn't have many locations it's hard to get find one.

I went in a week or so ago to get two chili cheese burritos and when I opened them up because they felt small I noticed there wasn't barely anything inside. I went back to ask why and was told " sorry that's how they are now."
So today I went to Conestoga mall instead to get the same thing and to my surprise they were full of chili and cheese.
Summary is that this locations manager or owner is training the staff to rip us off. It's sad how different qualities are since 5 years ago and how the prises are double. If you want to get rich just rip people off is there business plan.

Everyone else was nice, but Rachel treated every customer like crap for no reason. I have worked in this field too so I get customer service can be tiring, but you shouldn’t treat customers like garbage if they haven’t done anything to you first. My friend and I both placed online orders at 2:10 that said they’d be ready at 2:31. By 2:40, there was still no food even being made so my friend decided to go up to Rachel to ask. He politely said “hi”, she didn’t even look up at him and angrily said “eat in or take out”. When he said he had a mobile order and showed her the receipt, she said “we don’t have any orders for [his name]” and suggested we were at the wrong store even though the location was on the receipt. She was very aggressive and gave lots of attitude throughout the whole encounter. 30 seconds later a receipt printed and she said “oh here’s your order”. There was also another customer (a young kid) who came up needing napkins. All he said to Rachel was “excuse me” to try to get her attention but she didn’t respond. He said it a few more times after waiting because he thought she didn’t hear him, but she was actually just ignoring him and eventually snapped and said to just wait. When she finally went to give him napkins, she went to a different side of the counter where she was hidden behind a wall so the kid couldn’t see her and just held the napkins out without saying anything. The poor kid didn’t even know where she went and she got mad at him for not grabbing them quick enough. There were most instances of her being aggressive to other customers but it would take too long to type. My friend and I also didn’t get any sauces, which we asked for.
