the dude taking my order could not for the life of him understand what a burrito is and kept telling me I was wrong about what I was ordering until he rudely told me to “honestly just pull up” and I showed him the menu item as it’s listed on the website. he just rolled his eyes before telling me to wait out front before bringing me about a third of my order. 2 items out of 5 were missing. I drove all the way home before noticing and honestly if it was just an off day I wouldn’t have been upset but I have experienced nothing but horrible customer service, and either a terrible order, or just half of it. I get it’s a taco bell but cmon guys lock in. it’s not like you’re doing me a favour.

Horrible service. We got Uber delivery and specially mentioned for condiments and take out cutlery. When we received food there was no cutlery nothing. When called store, they didn't apologize nothing rather they mentioned to come and take it. Food was soggy and disgusting. If we had to drive why would do Uber to start with. Horrible service 😑

people were okay but way too slow and my order latest arrival pickup was 11:40 and they were 45 minutes late with not even having started making my order at 12:15... at least if u know u are busy put busy schedule or something and not make us come so early when u guys dont even strat the order... and giving us a drink for the wait and forgetting a sandwhich as part of my order?? horrible will neevr come herre again

The drive-thru was down, so they asked customers to walk-in and order. It took 40 minutes for my order, and it was both super tough and parts of the order were cold by that time. Service was non-existent, as others were waiting exceptionally long as well. Would not recommend going to this taco bell.

Service is absolutely horrible here. Owner is clearly cheap as heck. Wont hire staff to accommodate area. Over 30 min wait for a drive through order. Finally got sick of waiting so I went in to see and the absolute disgusting regards for people's food was pathetic. They just had our food sitting out open on the counter. No heat lamp to keep warm. Definitely putting a CFIA report out for the negligence.

If you love cold, unmelted, soft, soggy, wet taco bell that takes 1.5 hours to blast into a piece of paper, this is the ultimate food poisoning experience for you.
Hire competent staff, or shut this store down.

This Taco Bell continuously takes far too long for delivery. An Uber Eats order of 4 tacos should not take over an hour and 10 minutes, absolutely ridiculous. Food was good though, just takes way too long to get prepared.

just ordered taco bell for the 3rd time at this location switching between pick up, dine in, and uber delivery orders. That being said, it is evidently clear to me that the employees at this taco bell do not concern themselves with providing the entirety of customer orders. Each time I went they forgot something from my order. Forgetting drinks, napkins and sauces, and even an entire taco from my order. Will not be coming here again.

Never go to this taco bell. After ordering in the drive through (a baja blast and nacho fries), I had to wait over 20 minutes. Even after 20 min, no updates so the guy in front of me went to check and they basically admitted they don’t know how to do their jobs and I should go to somewhere else for better service. I waited for another 5 min before tapping on the window and the person just left in front of me to serve the inside people. There was about 5-6 cars in line and she decided to not even come back after multiple taps. I decided to leave there and then.
Never go to this taco bell, because if they can’t even get out a drink and fries within 5 minutes, what’s the point of calling yourself fast food.

This place is gross but it is the closest taco bell and kfc. Once saw the owner waking around the kitchen in sandals and no hair covering. This place hasn't gotten any better since the remodel. In fact, it's gotten worse. They prioritize delivery services and people inside over the drive-thru. They often do not have enough staff to handle their rush times.
