I had a very disappointing experience. I was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for my drive-thru order, but after 15 minutes, no one ever came to my car. When I went inside to ask about it, an employee named Carissa was incredibly rude. Instead of apologizing for the long wait, she snapped at me and asked why I didn't help them find my car, as if I could guess which car out of all the others waiting was getting their order.
Her behavior was completely unprofessional, and this level of customer service is unacceptable.

It was clean
This location has never been faster than a 10 min wait at the drive through. It's extremely slow. People seem friendly enough but don't apologize for the extremely long wait. We've been here multiple times and have always had this experience.
2025 Update: Under NO circumstances let them tell you to wait out front. I waited THIRTY MINUTES for my order bc they're not held accountable when you're not waiting at the window. DO NOT WAIT AT THE FRONT THEY WILL TAKE EVEN LONGER!!!
Same problem everyone else is having, wait times are abysmal. Do not go here.

Taco Bell is one of those places you either love or hate. I love it. Food is always excellent and freshly prepared, and service is always attentive and accurate. As a guy with allergies, that's important. Recommended!
Restaurantji Recommends
Always messes up my uber eats order, never ordering again. I got the value box at two separate occasions I added the bean chalupa, bean burrito and bean taco in my order, both times I got the beef versions??
Iâm vegetarian and do not eat beef and I was not even reimbursed for the loss.
Food was delicious and service was great, cashier was so nice when ordering. Iâm very disappointed, however, in one of the workers, an older woman who seems to be the manager. During the entire time we were there ordering and dining, she was yelling at employees to âdo betterâ and treating them like they were dumb as well as yelling at delivery drivers. This really brought down the experience as itâs not nice to see people being yelled at and the employees should not be treated that way. She should work on being nicer and less negative.
Forgot a whole meal in my order
They forgot a whole meal in an order... And routinely beforehand made mistakes on previous occasions. I am not an angry person... But you might want to consider changing your ways, or changing your name...
The girl on the drive thru she doesnât know how to talk and saying she is manger but she doesnât know how to talk with customers giving an attitude to customers is not a service of a manger i waited there 30 minutes on drive thru for that I donât have right to complain about that she doesnât know how to deal with customers I donât think she deserves to be a manger with that type of attitude
