So slow only one person working on it and she can’t even make the order fast.. I don’t know if the owner so cheap because he can’t afford another worker.. They have to improve their service

I was served uncooked chicken...I've been eating here for a while but the quality has gone down the last 2 times I have ordered. Decided to go on shawarma day and it's very poorly planned and staffed waiting 35+ minutes AFTER place my order. Knowing this is going to be a busy day this should have been better planned for. Sadly I may be done ordering from here regularly.

So refreshing to see a new face here. Jinal is so understanding and actually respects her customers ! Janil deserves 5 starts for everything.
The other female, not so much. She started screaming at me because i asked for more pineapple and a substitute for sauce. She then refused to give me a refund and then messed up my whole wrap, forgot a topping and ruined my whole night. She coughs all over the food, doesnt change her gloves after touching everything. Disgusting behaviour.
I come here after working a 14 hour shift driving all day to this ! I come here atleast 3 times a week and i get the same disrespect from this female.
What happened to customer service ?!! Is it worth losing a customer Tahinis ?

They take too long to prepare online orders. More than 1 hr

I ordered a falafel and a tandoori bowl at lunchtime, but the service was extremely slow and disorganized. My order was mixed up, the sauce was wrong, and one item was missing from my bag. Only one person was running the entire restaurant during peak hours, and the food itself wasn’t good — overall a very disappointing experience.

This restaurant is always busy during the daytime, yet the owner puts only ONE person on shift to handle everything — taking orders, making food, serving walk-in customers, and managing online orders all at once. It’s stressful to watch and completely unfair to the staff. Orders end up delayed, customers leave unhappy, and all this just to save $17.50/hour. This is pure exploitation — overworking employees and ruining the customer experience. I will not return and strongly urge management to hire more daytime staff before they lose more loyal customers.
