This place was beautiful the man who took my order was very patient. And helpful and the drinks were even better.
Normally the drinks are really good. Today the tapioca pearls were way too under cooked and literally hard in the middle.
First visit to The Alley. Came for the NIKKE promo. What a great place! Service is awesome. Super friendly. So many options. Will be back for more!

Atmosphere and service was decent but the drink was a bit odd.
I asked if they could do crunchy on top and they said no, but I found out why... The boba has crunchies in it... Or should I say soggies. It feels like im swallowing tonsil stones lol.
The taste of the drink is okay, and the boba are a little undercooked.

There are a lot of bubble tea spots around campus but The Alley has the most creative, non-standard drinks out there. There’s always a series of limited-time drinks that you haven’t even thought of. I just tried the lime lychee oolong with lychee jelly and it hits

They charge $9 for a drink and still forget the toppings. Also, they don't let you customize the mango green tea so it was like half ice.
