Awesome place to grab a bite and a drink while at RIM as a CARL sports league participant. Family friendly as well.
Casual service environment during late weeknights when beer league winter hockey is happening. They will close as early as 10-11 if it isn't busy, despite listed hours to 1am during the week.
Seat yourself and walk up to the bar to place your orders, really nice staff. The Pizza is amazing and their burger and fries is pretty good too.

Wait time is ridiculous
No one cleans tables
Would not know the food, gave up waiting .
Good food, decent service, nice to have a place like this to drop in after sporting events. Great atmosphere as well!

Food is decent and reasonably priced, very convenient that it is in the arena. Hours are horribly inconsistent to the point it is useless to check the hours or look at their schedule. It can be posted they'll be open till 12am or 1am but they'll be closed by 9:45pm. If they're open the fries are worth it but it is entirely a guessing game.

Lowkey place with good prices and surprisingly good pub food, but don’t expect restaurant quality service - it’s a sports bar. At an arena. If you want a cold drink and a bite between games, this is the spot for you.
Went at RIM many times and haven’t visited this places due to bad reviews, but last night I thought to give it a try and the experience was great. The food especially the Pepperoni pizza and Thursday Quesadilla was so delicious.
One of the best experience ever in a sports bar where the staff is so dedicated in making our experience rememberable!
5000 people here and they are closedWhat a waste of space
Great spot for a bite to eat and beer.
I would love to talk about the food here, but I never got a chance to find out if it's any good. The prices are low and the service matches. We went in and sat down and weren't acknowledged after ten minutes. We stood up to leave and as we did the waitress walked by, completely ignoring us. It's as if they didn't care that they were losing business. If you aren't going to even acknowledge the existence of your patrons maybe you could just keep the doors closed. While we waited another table walked out and a third table had to walk to the bar to order food, which was clearly not the intention (the bartender did not seem happy about this at all!)
Restaurantji Recommends
I've been to many hockey arenas and this by far has been the worst customer service experience ever nobody's in the restaurant helping tables forks weren't filled I had to ask him then been ignored had to somebody else. McDonald's would have been a better choice
Never got chance to dine at benchwarmer as was closed for a meeting even though web site says open 5pm to 1am Wednesday April 18th, 2018.
fresh quality ingredients thin and perfectly cooked
Great food, good place to relax and watch a game or two.
Love the Into The Wild pizza. Recommend the chili olive oil drizzling for a kick.
