Yummy tteokbokki, appreciate that they have a few non dessert optionsWheelchair accessibility: Fairly small seating area so a motorized wheelchair could just barely squeeze in. The restroom might only be accessible to an ambulatory wheelchair user

Subpar Experience. My parents and I stopped into The Bingsu today, and unfortunately, we weren’t impressed. My mom had been when they first opened so we were excited to try it again, and while our bubble teas and taiyaki tasted good, the service and atmosphere were lacking. Firstly, our shaved iced was ready fairly quickly but we waited about ten minutes for my bubble tea. My mom reminded our server (who was on her phone) about my bubble tea order, which she had apparently forgotten about, and by the time it was ready, our shaved ice was done so we asked for it to-go. The seating options are very limited and one of the only available tables was messy and dirty. The music was also super loud and frankly annoying, so it really depreciated the atmosphere. Overall, the food and drinks were pretty good so I would consider coming back to try again, but for takeout only.

I don’t know
The takoyaki was from a package and microwaved… taste was alright but not worth paying $7 for four microwaved takoyaki. The beef dumplings were exactly like a kind you can buy frozen at Costco, I’m 90% sure they’re just buying frozen dumplings, same brand as I got from Costco. Again, not worth $8 for four frozen Costco dumplings.Their dessert was fine, just not that great and there are many better places in the area. Also their bathroom looked kind of sketchy

The Bingsu in Waterloo is a small cafe setting in a convenient uptown waterloo location. They have very large portions for the bingsu (even in the cup size) and many varieties to choose from. Their tteokbokki was surprisingly perfectly plated and delicious for a dessert shop. It can get busy with students depending on the week and timing, but earlier in the day it was fairly quiet and a great place for a drink/dessert and a conversation.Note: Their bubble tea is good... but also not the top tier quality that you can find in the area, but I would 100% recommend the Bingsu or the delicious korean street foods.

Stay away from their bubble tea.People seem to rave about their bingsu (which is likely great - lots of 5 stars for that), but their boba is some of the worst I've had, sadly ? The tapioca was badly uncooked and the amount of ice in a "less ice" drink was way too much. You have a good product with bingsu. Why serve something sub-par to damage your brand?I might come back to try the bingsu, or maybe the boba experience might just keep me forever away ?

the bingsu has always been awesome for their bingsu and tea but recently they added some korean street food to their menu and its the best thing that has ever happened. their tteokbokki is so yummy and the portion is great for the price. i cant wait to try the new bingsu flavours too. i love how they always have a taeyeon song playing and the staff are very nice

The staff were very nice. The ice cream was pretty good! The only downside was that it took too long to prepare the Tiramisu. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely come back for more bingsu.
