Loved the experience. Food tasted good. Must try the captains boil sauce with any food you order. Good customer service as well :-)
What an interactive experience. The seafood was delicious! I had crawfish with a side of rice and corn. The seasoning on the seafood is fabulous, but the flavouring on the rice and corn left something to be desired. Will go again, but likely not incredibly soon.
The food is cooked to steamy perfection. I loved the bibs and gloves for eating and had a blast with their Valentine's feast! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood!
awesome food, incredible atmosphere. a little bit small but big care by the workers
The service was TERRIBLE!! Adding 15% service charge to the receipt is super sneaky! I will not return!
Really great place. If u like sea food u like this place. Fried rice was really good. Get the garlic bread and dip it in the captains boil sauce it is fantastic.
Lobster’s good service was great
Lovely restaurant with friendly and nice staff. Yummy fresh seafood, the sauce is delicious. Great experience when I came here last weekend with my husband and son.
I understand it’s about the experience however we ordered one appetizer- shared one small lobster diner and had one drink each. The bill was over 100$. I can’t justify paying that when I’m eating off a paper and my food came in a plastic bag. Had to eat a whole potato with my hand. Odd.
My family went there with lot of hope that we will eat our favorite seafood in Waterloo location. The server guy was very unfriendly and bad tempered. Table of 3 didn't have 3 gloves.i asked for 1 more pair.He said even though its already in table but if you want I can give you.I have to clarify that there wasn't enough for 3,then he bought gloves.I asked for the bones of lobster if We can get a plate, he said, there were double bag in lobster food bag,so we should eat and throw in same bag,,,,,,I mean really? Are you guys so poor that cant even have a bone plate. Then how come you charge so much money? Then I order some food to take home as well.He forgot that as well.I told him if there is a soup with this foods,it would be complete. He couldn't accept this as well.Such a terrible person. If you cannot serve food properly and cannot even wants to do a great customers service, than, stop your business.Nobody is dying to go to your restaurant. Keep your attitude on your self.

Had lobster and seafood fried rice. It was great. The decor and design of the place is pretty and the staff were polite and helpful. Will visit again.
Came here with my boyfriend since I was craving seafood and their captain's boil sauce. The experience is unique since the food comes in a bag and you are given bibs and gloves for the dining experience. Love their sizzling plate combo for lunch. Definitely would recommend getting the captains boil sauce with fire heat if you love spicy food. The service is always friendly and attentive.
My daughter in law absolutely loves the food there I was wondering if you guys offer gift cards? so I could treat her for her birthday, since I dont like seafood
Well, to be honest I expected more. Seafood fried rice and french fries were good. We took the sailor's feast. To our surprise, the shrimps were served in a polly bag. I think it would have been better if they were served in an open bowl or something similar. Chicken wings were amazing. Nice interior and very friendly stuffs. They will provide you plastic gloves and aprons to save urself from the stains.
We came here on Christmas and was delightfully served by their staff - nice, respectful, and funny! We got the lobster and fried rice - Food come out quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by how much food we got (I guess a Christmas present to us?) Definitely would come back and try their crab and other seafood!
