The Keg is one of our go to places and it never disappoints. We went last night to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and while her steak came out rare instead of how she ordered it, mistakes happen though right ! The manager went above and beyond, surprising not just her but the whole table with three desserts,such a generous touch! Our server, Ryan, was absolutely fantastic! Drinks were refilled before we even had to ask, and he was so friendly and attentive the entire evening. Thanks to The Keg for always showing what great service looks like!

Excellent place for a steak meal. Food was very good as has been my experience at all Kegs. Service was friendly but maybe a bit slow. We had a trainee helping our server and both did well. I do find Kegs to be quite dark in general. Overall still a great place for steak.

We had an incredible experience at The Keg! Our server, Shaylyn, was absolutely amazing – friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout the evening.

The food was exceptional! The Blackened Chicken was cooked to perfection – flavorful, juicy, and paired beautifully with the sides. For dessert, we tried the Mocha billy cake and it was heavenly – rich, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending to our meal.

Thank you, Shaylyn, for making our night special. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for you again!

Came in for our 44th anniversary, at the end of our meal the waitress brought us a moca ice-cream cake with a candle on the top.

My food was excellent! Unfortunately, the people I was having dinner with did not like their food. It was not cooked the way. I thought they asked. If I could give negative stars I would for the service. Our waitress started off as very attended, but closer to the end of the night she went about 20 to 30 minutes without checking in on us.

The Keg in Waterloo? Legendary. The steak? Life-changing. But let me be clear: Holly is the Beyoncé of servers.

She wasn’t just bringing food—she was orchestrating an experience. Drinks refilled before we noticed they were low. Steaks delivered like she personally wrestled the cow, shook its hoof, and said, “Don’t worry buddy, I’ll make sure they cook you medium-rare perfection.”

At one point I swear she telepathically knew I needed more bread before I even thought it. That’s not service, that’s wizardry.

We came for steak, but Holly turned it into a religious experience. Honestly, if Holly isn’t running this place by next year, it’s a crime against humanity.

Waterloo + steak + Holly = the holy trinity.

Great service, great food. Little smaller portions for the price but decent. My medium rare steak was little over cooked.
The atmosphere needs work. The music playing was like a techno Mix when I was there on a Saturday for dinner for my anniversary dinner. It felt like a night club vibe. The wall beside us needed painted, had chips in it. Just feels out dated in there to me, needs a good face life. This was the waterloo Keg.
Overall I would rate it a 5.5 for me.

Love the Keg and it is a tradition to go for our wedding anniversary! This was our first time at this location and as always the experience and food did not disappoint. The server was very welcoming and always checked in with us. The food from our calamari to our steaks were delicious. We were treated to their Billy miner dessert which is my favourite!

I can’t wait for our next time here
