This was my first time at The Poke Box and I had an excellent experience. The staff was super helpful as I created my own poke bowl, and the final result was absolutely delicious! It was so fresh and the flavors were incredible. Would 10/10 recommend The Poke Box!

The poke bowls I get from here are always delicious! The seating area isn't very nice though, so I'd recommend getting take out.
Vegetarian options: There is at least one vegetation option
Dietary restrictions: You can sub the rice for other options, like salad

The Ruffled Up bowl I had was delicious!! The tempura shrimp were crunchy and not greasy! I wanted a bowl that didn't have raw fish or fish eggs in them. You can add mix-ins for an extra fee and extra toppings are free! I added zucchini noodles, green onion (free), Mandarin oranges, and toasted coconut (free). The girl working there put a lot of love into constructing my bowl! I WILL be back and recommending this place to friends and family!
Cost: $21 for a bowl with tax and added mix-ins and no drink + tip.
Store cleanliness: It looked like they needed to clean the floor, trim, and some of their menus that were solid boards.
Washrooms: They didn't look very clean, but the toilet and sink were decent. The doors looked like they needed a lot of cleaning product and elbow grease along with the trim along the floor.
Parking: Free for 2 hours in a parking lot. Sometimes they ran out of spots, but most of the time, they had enough. Circle around for a few minutes and a spot will open up if you run into that problem. Some people seemed to be using the spots just to sit around and not buy things.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there are wheelchair accessible parking spots. See my pic. They have a wheelchair accessible washroom, but it is out of order at the moment.

My favorite poke box place but the service and online ordering could be better. It’s time consuming to build your own and they need an app that saves your last order so you can simply send it rather than going through over 70 options on my last count. You have to build it ahead of time and then you may see something you forgot to add and it’s too late because youve already paid. Hard to believe with tech today they can’t get an app that does this. Other than that I highly recommend it. Delicious!!!?

Love how we were able to choose as many sauces and finishing toppings! Highly recommend the tempura shrimp as well as the zucchini noodles, edamame, crab salad, spicy aioli sauce, & waikiki mayo!!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Poke Box Waterloo. They always make sure to deliver fresh bowls with fast service. The ingredients/toppings are always fresh and the outstanding staff make every visit worth it. Highly recommended for a quick, healthy and satisfying meal with exceptional quality.I took pictures of some of my fav bowls I have ordered here. My absolute fav is “Ruffled Up” with smoked duck but I keep forgetting to take a picture of that bowl because I dig right in ?Plus they have a variety of drinks, veg option and alternative dietary choices for the bowls ??
