Just went here with my wife for lunch and we were served by Ryan s. The service was fantastic, my wife forgot to order no barbecue sauce on her burger and he happily took it back and had it fixed for us, the food was delicious and worth the money, the music was good and the restaurant was clean and comfortable and we will definitely be back! Thanks for making our date day great!

Ron was awesome! I asked him to pick my burger for me and his choice did not disappoint. The restaurant was a bit loud but the food and the service more than made up for it.

There are reasons why many of the locations are closing. Food quality is completely gone and any kind of care that this place used to have is long long gone. Don’t waste your time. Don’t leave messages to the manger or owner. Just close shop and move on. This place is dying, a slow slow death. Kitchener location knew it was time and made the right decision. I expect this one will be gone soon and not soon enough.

Apparently the works decided that a “tall boy” just means a can of beer, and not the size.

Even when confronted they told me a tall boy was “341ml, and therefore not the $5 deal, but $7 each” .

Can’t believe I had someone look me in the eye after ordering 2 tall boys, correcting it TWICE, and still telling me “the work’s tall boy size is smaller” after telling me they were out of the tall boys initially.

False advertising at its finest. And personally insulted.

The food was meh, management was blamed twice for the service, and the onions rings were great

Joey's service was phenomenal and incredibly appreciated. Absolutely everything I'd want in a server.

Food was great, peanut butter on a burger was to die for (and Joey's recommendation to dip it in sweet n tangy dipping sauce was mouthwatering) and overall I would absolutely come here again.

I would have given 5 stars for each only thing I didn’t love was the burgers were a bit to pink for me but we had Joey as a sever and he was fantastic super friendly and informative me and my husband got 2 different burgers to split and try them and they were absolutely delicious
Will def be back! Hopefully by then there cooking the burgers a bit more as that was my only issue!

I was so excited to try this place, just to be left disappointed and insecure. I ordered the B.A.B and was given it pink. Thank goodness I cut it in half before biting or I would’ve been seriously at risk of salmonella. And to top it all off I wasn’t even offered a refund or discount for this situation. After ordering and having to give it back and wait ANOTHER 20 mins. I still paid the original amount but it was not deserved. Do better!!!
