We arrived 10 minutes before the closing time Sunday Nov 3, ‘24 and we were never pushed or felt we were disturbing, very very nice person which I forgot the name, it was so appreciated! Thank you!
Our burgers were excellent, but we are not used to eat a burger with a cold bun and due to how late we were we did not want to ask to have them warmed up.
My meal was entirely gluten free and they were careful.
Thank you, for making us feel welcomed despite the time.

The food was amazing! Fresh and plenty for the money.
The owner is super friendly and honest. He goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your meal.
One server was awesome.

The whole experience was better than we expected.
We will definitely be going back.

Terrible terrible terrible. The burger I got from this place was not only gross, but made me feel like a piece of garbage. I’ve never had food make me feel so bad in my life. Shut this place down

Must train the indian guy dark complexion how to serve the customers. Worst food handling experience. The Indian guy has no work ethics. Must train him again or shouldnt serve the customer. ???????????? never going to visit again?????? timing around 06:30pm on Saturday sep 14

Go somewhere else! I do not recommend this restaurant unless you like eating overpriced socks. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our food when the restaurant wasn't terribly busy. The wait time isn't the worst, but when our burgers did come out they were EXTREMELY dry. It was like eating a sock. It was hard to swallow at times. We had asked for extra beach house sauce on the side and could tell that one of them was mostly mayo, which sucks when you pay extra for it. We will not be coming back to this chain.

We had two burgers and two milkshakes with the free onion rings. Found a small piece of white plastic in my milkshake and was offered a new one or a free coupon for next visit. At this point I didn’t want to risk drinking small plastic pieces again and didn’t think I would come back either, so simply asked for a refund of the specific item. The server said he didn’t have access to issue a refund, so I asked if there was a manager on duty. He said he’s the manager but does not have the authority, which I found quite odd. Told me I would have to contact the owner via email.

We went for a meal Saturday afternoon and were immediately put off by the personal hygiene of the lone service staff, his body order was such that we couldn't enjoy our meal. Keep in mind there are better places to eat across the street, we'll keep that in mind next time and every time after that. i'm surprised at the amount of times you respond to comments when i'm sure, like me, these people emailed you and complained BUT you never responded to them. it takes a negative comment for you to pretend to be concerned. there are so many other good restaurants in the local area, i would be concerned if i were you.

Worst Service Award
I was seated and the server said he would be back with my coffee and to take my order. Ten minutes later I left, apparently I was not going to receive my coffee or my lunch before I had to return to work. Meanwhile everyone else was served by another server. So disappointed and it wasn't even busy. 10 patrons or less.

I like the blues brother burger.

Took my order on Uber Eats at 8:40, said they were making my order until 9:57 when it should have been delivered at 9:10. I waited over an hour and 4 drivers came by and it was still not ready. Charged me anyways and no refund issued. While I do like the food, I will most definitely not be back ever.
