This is usually my go-to place, but my drive-through experience around 11:20 AM today was disappointing. The staff member who handed me my food was rude and didn’t greet me. When I asked for ketchup, she handed it to me in a very rude manner and closed the window without saying anything. The attitude was unnecessary and made the experience unpleasant.

I visited this tim hortons today morning as to grab my birthday reward but it was very disappointed by the management’s behavior. The manager was openly scolding team members in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Regardless of the situation, addressing staff issues publicly in the area is inappropriate and reflects poor leadership.
While restaurants can get busy and stressful, professionalism and respect should always be maintained—especially in front of guests. It not only affects the team morale but also the overall customer experience.
I hope the management reflects on this and chooses to handle internal matters privately and respectfully in the future. The girl who took my order tried to keep up herself while had eyes filled with tears i felt bad she wished me birthday quite happily but got her day upset I m sorry for that girl's day but thankful for the wishes. Hope things improve here in future. As I visit everyday here i don't find staff any bad everyone greets customers with smile wishes good day.

The situation could have been handled politely with a simple explanation. I am a supervisor myself, and this is not the way customers should be treated. I usually enjoy coming to Tim Hortons, but today I had a disappointing experience at this location.
I placed a simple order for two veggie wraps, and I mentioned that one of them needed different toppings. Instead of explaining or clarifying, the staff member (Mariam) made a face and canceled the order just to separate it because of the toppings. The tone of voice and attitude were not friendly, and as a customer, it made me feel uncomfortable.
I understand that orders sometimes need to be separated in the system that is not a problem. However, it could have been handled politely. A simple explanation would have been enough, instead of showing attitude.
I am also a supervisor in a food court, so I know how important customer service is. We should always treat customers with respect, regardless of how small or complicated the request is.
I hope this feedback helps improve communication at this location, because customer service is just as important as the food.
