I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons today. I had just walked in and sat down — barely three minutes — when I believe it was the manager who came over and told me I had to order something if I wanted to sit there. The tone was rude and unprofessional, and it completely ruined my day. I was so put off by this that I got up and left without ordering anything. I’ve always thought Tim Hortons was a friendly place, but this location clearly doesn’t value its customers. Definitely not coming back here.

Coffee was not hot. Staff made a second cup & added hot water to the coffee instead of brewing a fresh pot & less than 2 minutes later I reached my destination the coffee was not hot or warm. I was very disappointed.
This Tim Hortons is serving day old doughnuts. Went there with my son Monday August 4th at 9am in the morning. Got a coffee, hot chocolate and Boston cream and chocolate dip for my son. Boston cream was cold and hards, took a bite of my son's chocolate dip and same thing. Definitely made yesterday and still selling them today. Garbage location, slow and food is always terrible! Never again
