Their service is exceptional. I visit this place regularly and never have to wait my order is always ready immediately. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Laksh, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience with his attentive and courteous service.

I bought a brewed coffee and 10 assorted Timbits, plus two chocolate glazed Timbits, around 11:51–11:55 PM when the store was not at all busy. I ended up ordering the extra Timbits because, when I tried to share my preferences with the staff while placing my order, he seemed to misunderstand and thought I was asking for free food—lol. I understand that '10 assorted timbits' means '10' 'assorted' timbits, and I’m also aware that customers can specify their Timbits preferences. Additionally, the Timbits I received were not assorted (perhaps some consistency could be learned from other Tim Hortons locations), and there was no shortage—they had all varieties available. I appreciate that staff can have long days, but I felt the interaction was unnecessarily dismissive and ruee. While I have always enjoyed Tim Hortons, this experience was disappointing and has made me never want to visit this location in the future.

I wouldn’t even give this Tim Hortons a 1 star review except you have to in order to leave the reviews. This Tim Hortons has Terrible service! It’s slow the employee complained about how busy they were on night shift, the place was empty not busy at all it was 2:30am and their dining room closed but tables still full of trash and empty wrappers from when the dinning room was open. I asked to use the washroom as a paying customer who just bought 4 coffees and was told the washroom was not available at night. Excuse me? I’m a paying customer and I should be able to use the restroom after purchasing my coffees. Horrible service we were travelling which was why we stopped there at 2:30am. I was stunned that no restroom was available. If this store is only going to allow customers to purchase products then it should be like most Tim Hortons and only have the drive thru option. We went to this Tim’s because their store advertised open 24 hours both IN STORE and Drive thru. This Tim’s and its staff really turn me off of wanting to stay a time customer.

Huge thanks to Laksh at Tim Hortons for his fantastic service! When I was unsure and kind of nervous about trying something new coz I am new and not aware of all the menu, he understood and started with a small talk, asked if I need any help, patiently recommended the perfect combo and also made it in no time—and I really loved it! His helpful and cheerful attitude really stood out. Great job, Laksh! Thank you Tim’s.. hope such good staff are in every other store which can be a huge help for the people trying new things.Thanks Laksh!

This place offers good service with good team members. I went to this tim hortons for the first time at night on 10 November Sunday night. The old lady and other girl were very nice and polite. The girl suggested me to try their new drink which was with whipped topping and tastes very good. This place will be my favourite place to relax after my classes.
