Everything was going fine, I ordered my drink with less ice, they gave me too much of ice, I returned and asked for less ice, then the girl at front started teasing me while making my order the second time along with her co-workers as it was less ice or if it could be more less, and while I told them I did not like their reaction to this, they were like “seriouslyyyyyy”. yes MAM seriously, if you want to tease the customers for what they ordered, you should not be allowed to work there.

I ordered the mongo frozen lemonade. The first time they gave me a liquid mongo Lemonade. I asked them to change one and made the new one more like frozen. Second time, the gave me a new one, it is little bit better, but 70% is still liquid! The manager does need to training how to make a good frozen lemonade. Hope I can have the real frozen lemonade next time.

Couldn't get my points because that location and others like it don't do the rewards. Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons no matter if in/at a gas station or not. You should still be able to collect points.

Waiting inside and NO ONE gave me my chili I ordered, left me standing there with NOTHING, wasted my entire break and now I get to eat nothing for the day because this was my only break. Worst store.

Employees looking at the long line infront of the cash and not assisting any of the customers waiting. They only focus on the drive thru, it’s a ridiculously long wait if you come into this tims.

Worst experience having ordered triple triple coffee. I have never tasted something this worst in my life. Try to improve your customer service and the managers need to keep a check on the employees they looked stoned.
