I ordered the mongo frozen lemonade. The first time they gave me a liquid mongo Lemonade. I asked them to change one and made the new one more like frozen. Second time, the gave me a new one, it is little bit better, but 70% is still liquid! The manager does need to training how to make a good frozen lemonade. Hope I can have the real frozen lemonade next time.
Me lenda and Lenard love your doughnuts. They make me buy 4 dozen a day. The dog gets more than me because they eat them all. even though your workers are very slow and I have to say my order 4 times i would still recommend Tim's. This location of Tim Horton's in Waterloo, Ontario is on the average side of service and okay for a cup of coffee and chat if you happen to be around that area. They have a small parking lot, however. It also has enough number of tables for its size, but it would be great if they could expand and add more seating and even outside area in summer. Time and speed of service were okay, and the staff were neutral, so being more friendly could be something they add to their improvements...
