Esily the worst managed tim hortons. Put 15 staff in a 12x6 room and they will have to move in slow motion. I wish someone from head office would secretly visit and give tips on how to fix the disorder. The experience here ruins the brand. Screaming out people's names just underlines the disfunction.
Happened to visit the store today. The weather was harsh and the footfall seemed low.
Ordered Coffee and Donut.
The service guy at the order tablet was ignorant of health and hygiene measures. He picked up the donut with naked hands and it was after my pointing out,he chose to wear glove.
Not expected from a Canadian outlet with a long legacy.
The service should take into consideration all the hygiene measures in force.
They don’t take gift cards, and you can’t use the app at this location. Only go here if you live in the medieval times and use cash.
Delicious Food
This Tim's was mostly fine, but each bite of my wrap had either no mayo, or what must have been all of it. I ordered two wraps, and in both cases the toppings were poorly spread, doubling my disappointment.
I ordered an m&m cookie today and it wasn't even an m&m cookie (it had other stuff inside), it just had m&m's on it by accident. I also ordered a BELT that ended up having sausage on it somehow. They heard me say BELT but the person taking my order thought BELT sandwiches had sausage on them. I don't normally get frustrated enough to give poor reviews on places like this, but I will be avoiding this particular Tim's from now on

I went to this tims to order food again today, and I found that there were bugs in the dessert case, but they didn't clean it. I remember clearly that the dessert was chocolate chips. The service attitude was also indifferent. They actually knew what I was talking about but ignored it. tims' service attitude and food hygiene have gone downhill.

The service was unwelcoming and unfriendly. After waiting in line for 20 minutes and placing my order, I asked for extra ice, but they refused to give it to me unless I paid for the paper cup, which is ridiculous. I always ask for extra ice at Tims locations all over Canada and have never been asked to pay for it!

Iced coffee here might as well be water, there is literally no coffee in this, just enough to colour it. The rest is milk and water and sugar syrup. The workers messed both the two previous orders up and refused to pay the customers the difference.

I went there on 24/03/2024 evening around 8.30 pm, it was one of the worst service ever. I asked one of the employee about my offer in mobile app. He said " i dont use tims app and i don't know" . Dont you guys feels ashamed your employee don't use mobile app and dont know about offers. More over, i paid 14 $ bought two crispy chicken creavable and two coffee. He kept them on side counter it was not in a bag with tissues he jus kept both on the side . The coffee we bought was the worst, which is made by the guy who took the order. We don't feel to raise the issue directly because i felt hes too rude. He was a tall guy with Chinese looks.

I’m VERY disappointed with Tim Hortons.Once a original CANADIAN brand which was multicultural is now run to the ground.You’ve decided to focus on purely profits…. Replacing our members of the community with migrants which barely speak English & that don’t understand culture basics.This is due to your FRANCHISE MANAGER only desiring to primarily hire their own from india…..This is not only about this location ALL YOUR LOCATIONS have been infiltrated & it’s clear as day to everyone but most won’t speak up.Canadians Deserve better. Enough with messing up orders ….poor manners & individuals who hire mainly only ONE ethnicity.

You can reliably get food here but a lot of times with a long line. They removed seating during covid and never bothered to replace it but they need the extra space to accommodate the line that develops because of how slow they are at making food. It's unlikely you'll actually get what you ordered only an approximation of it. Maybe you'll get the wrong sandwich maybe they'll make the sandwich wrong (e.g. use the wrong meat). Don't order if you can't accept an incorrect item. If you want any modifications on an item. Don't. The staff here are trained at a level far below the quality of service of off campus Tim Hortons.
