Hi guys, I have faced an issue with making drinks in my own cup. I bring it for two reasons: a) we need to waste less plastic… b) if you make hot drinks in plastic cups - you will drink it with microplastic….
But employees still make it in plastic cups and then pour it into mine and throw the plastic ones. Why? I asked them, and the reason one time was - we need to measure the size, hm, so maybe have measurements tools for this and not plastic cups??? Another reason was that iccecap machine can’t hold other cups than plastic ones?? Why?
Please, that’s so sad, change something…

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING at this Tim Hortons.
I order from this location several times and every single time, they managed to miss something in my food: bacon, sausage, hash brown, or even the entire item like today. I explicitly confirmed with the drive through handler that my farmers wrap is in the bag she handed me. She said yes.
Now my fiancé has to split sandwich and bagel with me because this location never gives you all you paid for.
WORST EXPERIENCE AT TIMS. Such a shame on our proud Canadian coffee brand.
I ordered there at drive through twice and at the counter as well still they made the whole order wrong
I ordered the chicken habanero bowl for lunch this afternoon and carried it home. I didn’t open to check and I wish I did but I had two small pieces of chicken, two pieces of lettuce and a bunch of rice. This is the first time this has happened and I am incredibly disappointed. There was an overload of sauce to cover it up. I can’t eat this.

Hate to do this as this used to be my favorite location. But ever since the staff change this place has fell to the floor. Staff during the day is nowhere near as kind as it use to be. The times are BRUTAL and I mean BRUTAL!!!! Maybe a little less time talking between Co workers and more filling orders. I've saw this inside and out. The drive thru is beyond brutal. Avoid this plave with everything you got. Drive up the street to the Tim beside the Korean BBQ. By the time you drive up there and back. Most of the drive thru people will still be in the drive thru at this location.
Whoever decided to chage the staff, needs to be fired. Drive through times are in the basement from what they use to be.

I’ve been a regular customer at Tim Hortons, but lately, I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue. My large iced coffee, ordered with 3 sweeteners (no cane sugar), often tastes bitter because the sweetener isn’t properly stirred in, leaving it all at the bottom of the cup. It’s disappointing when the taste isn’t consistent. I also tried reaching out by phone to address this, but unfortunately, the number listed on Google doesn’t seem to work. I hope these concerns can be resolved for a better experience in the future!

The aim of the place should be to comfort people. Alicia came up with an angry attitude and asked me not to consume anything from outside. So, I didn't but Alicia can be proud because the tea does not have the taste due to her attitude.
Made my sandwich wrong and my iced coffee is 90% milk.

Ordered a toasted bagel and they gave me a raw bagel not toasted with butter wrapped up. Didn’t notice till I got to work.. very disappointed. Not sure how you screw that one up…
