I placed a pick up order for beverage and 2 sandwiches on Tims app and I wasnt even allowed to enter the building there. The receptionist of building said this Tims is only for the Sunlife KW employees.Later someone from building came with only a cup of beverage and I was told that we dont have breakfast in this Tims and I should ask for refund online.I went online and now, the customer service wants to give me some points but there hasn't been any refund issued yet.Why was this information not reflecting on app? Why can't I get refund for the missing items?

What can we say - we ordered coffee, tea, breakfast sandwiches, bagels and egg bites - everything came out as expected!
