2.6 rating says it all. Customer service was very cold and dismissive. Can’t even do the bare minimum. Absolutely unacceptable. There’s lady named MARIA - get your long, dirty fingernails trimmed, extremely unhygienic and concerning. To make it worse, they were rude not only towards me but to all the customers in the line. Pretty sure not returning back ever again as noticed none of the review was ever acknowledged by management. If you are reading this, save your money and your good mood for rest of the day.

The coffee was delicious and the prices were very affordable. We ordered two iced lattes and one brookie ,everything was so good! We really loved it, and it only cost 11 Canadian dollars in total. Definitely a great spot for quality coffee at a budget-friendly price!

This Tim Hortons located inside the Conestoga mall in Waterloo . The stare is nicely presented clean. Customer service is good the hot beverages were fresh and the food was average.. always busy just because it’s part of the food court

I had a great experience today, even amidst the Boxing Day rush. The store was very busy with a long queue, so I decided to place my order online. Unfortunately, the order was placed incorrectly. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff quickly pointed out the mistake and helped me correct it, despite being extremely busy. Their patience, teamwork, and smooth coordination stood out. I truly appreciate the excellent service and dedication of the team. Keep up the fantastic work!
