I had a great experience today, even amidst the Boxing Day rush. The store was very busy with a long queue, so I decided to place my order online. Unfortunately, the order was placed incorrectly. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff quickly pointed out the mistake and helped me correct it, despite being extremely busy. Their patience, teamwork, and smooth coordination stood out. Rude and Unprofessional Behavior from the Cashier

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons on 30 November 2024 at 20:17, due to the behavior of the woman at the cashier. When I ordered an iced mocha, she gave me a condescending smile and acted like I was an idiot for not specifying which iced mocha I wanted. Her attitude suggested she was judging me, as if it was my first time there and I didn’t deserve her help.
When I ordered just one drink, she commented, “Only one?” and made it seem like I couldn’t afford more. Because I was with my wife, it seemed she expected me to order two drinks or more food items. Her tone and attitude were incredibly rude and unprofessional. And I’m the only customer that time.
If a customer is unsure about the options, it’s the cashier’s job to politely explain, not to make them feel embarrassed or unwelcome. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses it and ensures their staff treat all customers with respect and courtesy
