There was a white guy and he was too rude i was mistakenly thought that the drink is mine but it was someone else’s drink i asked him for something else and i asked that to him then he said then it is not yours and it was too rude for me they should have some etiquette's how to talk to a customer i am a student kn conestoga college and i drink coffee everyday and i only asked and if they are talking to me like this then this is worthless because i was very polite but he was super rude to me .

I’ve always had a great experience here, thanks to Yukti. I specifically look for her because she ensures my order is always correct, unlike some of my past experiences where some orders were messed up. She pays great attention to detail prepares my food and coffee perfectly and never makes me wait long. Since I’m usually rushing to my lectures her quick and efficient service makes a big difference.

Hi. Since many days , when i order for dark roast or even simple black coffee, they are giving me cold . When I asked them to make it heated, they ask me to do it by myself in microwave. Does this make any sense? Nobody would like to have cold dark roast. If ,they can't give simple coffee perfectly, they shouldn't work at tim as it's about reputation of tim . If, I have to make my coffee heated, why should I buy it from tim? I can make it by my own at home. Additionally, they are behaving rude. I had this experience with two indian girls who works at tim. I know that giving this feedback doesn't change anything but I have to put it as I m a regular customer. Thank you .

The staff was extremely rude. There was a Gujarati man wearing glasses (I don’t know his name) who touched the dustbin and then started preparing my bagel. When I politely asked him to change it, he yelled at me in front of my friends, saying, “I’m not your servant!” I was shocked and wondered why Canada allows such ill-mannered and uneducated individuals, and why Tim Hortons employs people like this. This is all because of poor reference hiring rather than finding the good talent in market. The manager witnessed everything and didn’t even step in, which is truly disappointing. The manager should be ashamed of not doing her work properly. This kind of behavior is a disgrace to the culture. As a Tim Hortons employee myself, I take pride in providing excellent customer service, and my store’s five-star reviews reflect that. That’s how customers should be treated—by building a connection and ensuring their satisfaction.
