Today I visited this place and ordered extra large Stepped Tea and they did not had enough stepped tea so she added hot water without asking me and I showed that thing happenning. Then I asked her why did you add hot water and she replied we didn’t had enough tea so add water. So i asked her is it standard practice? She laughed and said I will brew fresh stepped tea but you have to wait for 7 minutes. I didn’t tone how she replied. Never visit this place again We might never know what they are including our beverages and food. Horrible and not recommended

I’m a big fan of the breakfast box and have been enjoying it since it first came out. I usually go to the Tim Hortons at Jacob’s location and have never had an issue.
However, today I visited a different location, and the experience was really disappointing. The bacon was undercooked, the eggs were smooshed and tasted old, and even the hashbrown wasn’t crispy.
Just wanted to share my feedback as I genuinely enjoy the box when it’s made right.
I went there to place an order around midnight and i went there for 10 mins and no body come to front to take my order. Worst customer service ever i left after waiting 10 mins and 2 other customers left too after waiting there since nobody show up to take their order too
