This is the best Tim Hortons location I’ve been to. Everything is always fresh, and the service is very fast. The staff are great, especially Alireza, he was very polite, friendly, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about customer service. Highly recommended.

We ordered 6 hot chocolates - 5 different types (some white, some regular, some candy cane, some with whipped topping, some without, etc). They were very easy to order, and they were all ready quickly, accurately, and were each labeled for us. We have had a lot of difficulty ordering for our big family at other places (timmies and otherwise), so it was really nice to have everything go so smoothly.

It’s very chaotic, they never make the coffee and food in the order according to the time orders were placed. Additionally, judging from their attitude, at times, it feels like there’s some discrimination involved. Very bad restaurant

I ordered lunch from here as i do atleast 3 days a week for the last 6 months. Wedges with chipotle sauce. at first i noticed my sauce was missing so i went back to get it. then as im eating the meal i notice multiple wedges with bites taken out. i called the restaurant and all they could say was sorry. unacceptable and will never be returning. telling everyone i know to avoid this place. absolutely disgusting, now i have to go back to work knowing i was eating someone elses meal 🤢
The management of this tim hortons is the worst. I would advise no one to go there. Not only the service is worst but the chubby girl with spectacles who claims to be manager has the worst attitude. Avoid this tims.

The person taking my order was friendly and prompt, after that, everything went downhill. The person who made my order spoke English about as well as I speak Hindi. English is not my first language either, and I'm happy to work through language barriers, but when someone asks you to repeat yourself because they didn't understand what you said, it's usually a good idea to slow down and enunciate, not to mumble louder and get visibly frustrated. It took 3 attempts before I could confirm the food brought to the counter was indeed my order. I wouldn't have bothered leaving a review if this was all that went wrong, but no, the bagel I ordered was the stalest one I've had in a long time. The ones I get from the grocery store on a Saturday and then eat the following Friday at home taste fresher than what I was just served.
I don't know if it is just this franchise location, or if all Tim Hortons have dropped to this level, but I cannot recommend this location solely on how terrible the food is.
