Got two coffee on 20250905 8:40pm and both were burnt / stale and had to throw them away. Contacted Tim Hortons customer service and they don’t have the courtesy to respond.
Edit: I contacted guest service and have not received any helpful response for more than a week!

They always mess up my coffee, they never put french vanilla in it. When I'm paying extra for French vanilla in my coffee I expect there to actually be French vanilla in it. This store is lazy and doesn't care about their customers. Yet again every time they make it taste like the worst coffee I have ever tasted. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will never go back

Repeat myself twice 4 cheese bagel toasted with butter, fine herb cream cheese and bacon... What i get a 4 cheese bagel with butter, normal cream cheese and bacon like come on

Every time I have come in and ordered a ice coffee its always warm . Its like its a fresh batch of ice coffee and the ice is melted . Its getting ridiculous at this point and irritating. If I wanted a hot coffee I would have ordered a hot coffee

Standard Tims location, but a better run one. Orders have been correct so far, no flies in the doughnut trays like other tim hortons locations. The Washroom was clean and free from syringes and feces, also, unlike other tim hortons locations. Will return to this location.

Becoming more disappointing after each visit, I get a bagel belt, and there was the skinniest strands of bacon, how is it going to be a bacon belt with no bacon on it? I also get herb and garlic cream cheese in there and it’s always a layer as this as butter, how am I going to be charged extra if there isn’t even going to be any cream cheese?

Order steap Tea the Indian lady gave orange peako , used gloves but touch everything , cash and cash machine , so many flies and bees around donuts and timbits , Tim Hortons going down . Rude customer service the lady on gas station is another rude girl ,

I moved here from Guelph Ontario. This Tim Hortons is 3 mins from my front door. They are always fast in the drive thru and the coffee here always tastes fresh. 9.5/10 .. I haven’t been to a Tim Hortons this good in a long time, the people who work here too are very nice and polite,
