Becoming more disappointing after each visit, I get a bagel belt, and there was the skinniest strands of bacon, how is it going to be a bacon belt with no bacon on it? I also get herb and garlic cream cheese in there and it’s always a layer as this as butter, how am I going to be charged extra if there isn’t even going to be any cream cheese?

Order steap Tea the Indian lady gave orange peako , used gloves but touch everything , cash and cash machine , so many flies and bees around donuts and timbits , Tim Hortons going down . Rude customer service the lady on gas station is another rude girl ,

I moved here from Guelph Ontario. This Tim Hortons is 3 mins from my front door. They are always fast in the drive thru and the coffee here always tastes fresh. 9.5/10 .. I haven’t been to a Tim Hortons this good in a long time, the people who work here too are very nice and polite,

A good place to recharge and get going. Relatively inexpensive with good staff. However sometimes some items become unavailable and it would be great to have them stocked sooner.

Bagels were cold and not cut in half. One coffee order was wrong. Asked for three milk and three sweeteners. We have no idea what we received. Probably won't be back.

i come to this store every sunday pick up coffee for me and a retired friend. and every sunday i get by far the best service of any Hortons... EVER!!! staff is friendly, personable and understandable both over the speaker and face to face. Yesterday i was wished a "happy thanksgiving" which put a big smile on my face given that it came from a non Canadian born. THANK YOU for respecting my ideology and thank you to all the staff for for doing a great job, i dont envy you... people can be very not nice at times.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a drive through. The lady taking orders couldn’t understand what a dark roast and what a medium roast is and then proceeded to call me “bro” because the lady was frustrated. My order was 2 small 1 medium roast and 1 dark roast coffees.

This has been the Tim Hortons my family has frequented for the last 3 years. I think in those 3 years, they've gotten my order correct maybe 20% of the time. When we get food through the drive-thru, we have to eat it in the car instead of taking it home because on most occasions, it's wrong and we have to go back in. I've witnessed employees yelling at one another and people who don't even speak when we get to the drive-thru window to tell us our total. Having worked at a Tim Hortons before, I've always tried to be patient, but I think today was my last straw. I ordered an Egg belt that didn't even have all of the toppings it should and was riddled with egg shells. We've asked for refunds in the past when ordering on the app and were told to call corporate and then corporate tells us to talk to this location.. we ended up losing that money completely because nobody would help. This location was the closest and therefore the easiest for us to go to, but the odds are not great that you'll have a good experience so we'll be going out of our way to go to a different one now. Unfortunately, I don't see this location getting better any time soon.
