Tim Hortons, when are you going to change. Ibam very loyal customer, but today broke the camels back. I have to say something, as this happens way to often. I showed up today to get my normal order. I was second in line and it took excately 10 minutes to get served. The frustrating part is that there was 5 people working and only 1 till serving customers. It was busy , like every other weekend. You waited then, as well. Tim Hortons, if you dont get your act together, then expect to lose business, as we are tired of waiting for the service we deserve, especially when we pay to keep your lights in and your employees paid.

Every single time I attend this location there is a person in the ladies bathroom injecting IV drugs. Don’t ever let a child in there and ladies be careful using this restroom as often it’s a man in the ladies room

I got a breakfast sandwich. And got half way threw my sandwich and then there was a peice of ketchup package in my sandwich. That is disgusting!! I threw my sandwich out. I come here every morning!! Never had an issue. But this is a healthy and food safety issue. There should be no reason for anything to be in it The area and food area should be cleaned and wiped regularly. The wrapper was cover in cumbs. Should be wiping and clearing the working space regularly.

I visited this Tim Hortons today around 6:40 PM and had a bad experience. I had a valid survey coupon, which usually works at any Tim Hortons. But the staff told me it can only be used at the same location where the receipt was given.
The way they explained it was not polite, and it felt dismissive. I hope the staff can improve their customer service and communicate better in the future.

Coffee rarelyis served hot and againthe employees never seem to have a clue about the items they sell. Funny how when asked, is Tim Horton working today, the employee seemed clueless, and actually went to check the schedule and asked the manager when tim horton worked next. He replied im sorry tim doesnt work here at this location. And continued on with the order. Like, are you kidding me, you dont even know or realise who tim horton is, the very name you work for.im telling you , that was dam priceless.i will never forget it..like WOW. !

Came to pick up too good to go order. The lady i first talked to was very polite and redirected me to another woman. That woman made me wait 10 minutes while she took other ppls orders. Than she grabbed a box and went in the back. She came out with a box not closed. After she watched me swipe she gave me the open box. There were 2 stale donuts and a stale bran raisin muffin. I'm not using them again on that app. I was very disappointed.

The bathroom area was awful. The bathroom doesnt look like it has been cleaned in awhile. Wiped down yes cleaned no. Makes me wonder about the food areas. Wiping is not cleaning.
