My friends and I went through the drive thru (Wednesday night) and asked about donuts and timbits, we were told they were all out. After we pulled through the drive thru, we drove past the front door and windows to see literally trays full to the brim of everything. We tried to go inside as the website says the store should be open, but the doors were locked. We decided to go through the drive thru again, and were aggressively told they “couldn’t and wouldn’t sell to us”. Tim’s always claims their donuts and tim-bits are made fresh throughout the day, but the staff were definitely making tomorrows entire days batch, the whole night before. huge bummer:(

Very very slow morning staff on front counter. This morning there was one customer in front of me. I had to leave because it was very slow service and I would be late for work. Unacceptable to take 8 minutes to make an iced capp!!!!!!

It’s very cold to sit in the store. Heating system sounds not working properly. I have to wear snow jacket to drink coffee in store yesterday morning around 7:30 AM. I like to seat in store and enjoy my coffee but it’s very cold to stay.

This Tim Hortons has gone down hill in the past few years. The seating feels crowded and unwelcoming, the service is poor and the staff seem like they're all scared. And I'd appreciate a little more diversity in staff hiring.

Waited and no one wanted to serve front end. Change table was unusable and broken for awhile. The handicap toilet in girls bathroom splashes you when it goes off when you stand up. It’s so small your get wet because you can’t get out of fast enough.

Went in to get food and they took a long time to prep it. I was the only one in the store at the time. Yes the drive thru was lined up, doesn't mean you ignore the front. Also, they no longer have the ability to mark receipts as take out per their management, therefore I cannot claim them so I won't be eating there anymore.
