Keep up the good work!Previous comment: Feels like after COVID-19 they don’t care about the dining area anymore. It’s like it doesn’t even exist to them. It’s always dirty and messy. And the order system for dining in is on 2nd plan as well. Note: not only this Tim Hortons; I’ve noticed that other locations have the same issue!

Its the second time, when we reach over here around 10:40 pm.As the google map shows till 11:00 pm and when we try to enter the doors are locked and they said its closed. If there’s any change in working hours try to update in google.

Service from the guy with black hair, today at store front at 4:47 was nasty. Pardon my language. We ordered hot chocolate, coffee and tea. He didn’t check hot chocolate was only water and he messed ip coffee and tea. He had bad attitude and even when I asked for fix the order politely he was giving me a look and told to another member to fix the order and didn’t even feel sorry. And it’s every time.. but the that girl with black hair came and correct the order . Her service was really good.
Love when I come in through the drive through and I’m not even acknowledged. I’m given a cash machine as if I’m only money and not a customer. Terrible customer service.

This establishment was, at the time of my visit, around 2.15pm, busy but in my opinion, under staffed. The person who took my order was not able to make change without assistance, and although I asked for a raisin bran muffins I received a banana muffin. This location is not clean or tidy like the Northfield store. I left because it is not conducive for a relaxing visit.

this tim hortons location is the slowest i've ever been to. it takes 10 minutes when it's NOT busy to get an iced coffee, and front of house staff wander around like they have no idea what they're doing. tables and chairs are usually left dirty.

I have no idea what is going on with tims. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I have been going to this location every single day. Slowly their quality has gotten worse but these past 3 weeks was crazy. Every single day they are making my order terrible. Not even able to drink it. And when i tell them whats wrong all i get is attitude and them slamming the window on me. Check these photos and tell me if you think these are creamy chills or not?? Its not once but 3 times ive been served this

I go to the l this time hortons a lot as it's close to my house. But on this trip, I was grabbing coffee and doughnuts for myself and my coworkers. The supply for treats was so low that I didn't end up buying any doughnuts. Only 2 kind left. Same as the bagels. Not the first time this had happened. The service was friendly and fast though. Clean dinning area too
