First they dont know how to prepare a biscoff iced capp. It literally looked no whipped cream wherein I have been a regular customer but I went to this tim first time. When asked that whipped cream is not there the worker shouted at the other one but later manager says the whipped cream all sinked inside as by the time I drove and now I have to pay extra when I paid extra then I get a regular biscoff iced capp which every tim Hortons prepare which I pick from Drive through. But they have their own ways to earn more money by first not preparing and then shouting at each other then asking customer to pay saying manager said so. Ridiculous people and service

This place is trash, the idiot that answered the mic was giving us a hard time ordering and kept arguing saying we were holding up the line when we wait an additional ten minutes behind another car. They kept saying we were ruining their drive thru times and wanted us to go back around when that would have taken longer. They were frustrated with us and ruined what was supposed to a good family experience. They were rude and should not be in service if they can’t do their jobs. The one at the window with the attitude was Claudia, she deserves a demotion. Put the fries in the bag people! I would’ve given no stars but I can’t.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this has become a pattern at this Tim Hortons location. Just now, I ordered a medium hot coffee with 2 creams only. The cashier told me it was $9, which made no sense since I only ordered a coffee. Then I was given an iced coffee instead of a hot one. When I corrected her, she said the total was $4 including a honey cruller, which I never ordered.
I’ve noticed this location often gets orders wrong, but this experience was especially frustrating. Although I eventually got a refund and the coffee seems correct now (even though it says “black coffee” on the cup), the whole process was chaotic.
Staff really need to pay closer attention to orders and acknowledge mistakes with a simple apology. A sincere “sorry” goes a long way. You can't keep getting irder erinf and being rude about it as if its not YOUR mistake. Btw owner needs to correct their staff this was at the 11am shift Sunday Oct 5. The other staff told the cashier lady you need to confirm order..so I know it was some issues going on before me.

It kind of sucked because our coupon that we JUST activated was apparently expired? On the app. They were rude toned and were annoyed by how we kept having to need more time due to the limited options we were giving within the time frame.

I have noticed this Tim Hortons refuses to give you the original receipt. Why? Then I get a team member lieing to face and says I don’t know why it always does that. I call BS. never going back!!!
