It kind of sucked because our coupon that we JUST activated was apparently expired? On the app. They were rude toned and were annoyed by how we kept having to need more time due to the limited options we were giving within the time frame.

I have noticed this Tim Hortons refuses to give you the original receipt. Why? Then I get a team member lieing to face and says I don’t know why it always does that. I call BS. never going back!!!

There is a Housefly infestation at this Tim Horton's. I ignored it the first time, but alas, it is still happening. Regularly, flies pass the food display, walking over the order screens that are on top and even flying near the tables on which customers sit down to eat. It’s extremely unhygienic and unappetizing. Even worse than the flies, the staff didn't seem bothered that there were so many of them, no sprays or any effort to control them. A little hygiene is not to be overlooked, especially where food is served. Very disappointing.

This is my go to Tims. But this place needs some inventory control. 4 times so far I had to hear we ran out of eggs/hashbrowns etc when I go for breakfast during breakfast timings. This ain't acceptable. Staff is friendly, sometimes you can't hear them through the drive by speaker.

Had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location The staff was friendly and efficient, my order was accurate, and the coffee was fresh and hot. The line moved quickly, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Excellent service—I’ll definitely be stopping by again!
