I paid for 4 egg cheese muffins, out of which two muffin buns were broken. How can you even unsee this while making? This shows how poorly trained staff is here. You guys play with customer trust, you know once we hit the road we ain't gonna come back for this.
Next time I am going to open and check each item one by one, no matter how long the queue gets.

Service has taken a nose dive. You have to repeat your order multiple times, even then, its pure luck if they get your order right. They try to rush you through drivethrough after you have only said your first item. Items missing from orders regularly. Then they say you “didn’t order that” when you ask for the rest of your order. Very disappointed.

I came here to have some snacks and take some drinks for my friends. I ordered the dream cookie Nutella one and it’s so stale. It was solid. The tables look like they have never been cleaned. There crumbs everywhere and the store smells funky. It’s pretty revolting. I’ve never seen such a shitty Tim’s before… well In the past 15 years.

Worst time ever, sibling worked there when I was younger never this bad. I don’t understand what was so hard to understand me at the drive through, asked for a honey curler and they told me there was no herb and garlic. What does that even mean? Finally got to the window and asked them to repeat my order in case I paid for something I didn’t want. The girl just straight up stared at me. Repeated myself and said she didn’t know what I was saying again?? Finally got my order and they didn’t even give me a straw for an ice capp. Worst service I’ve ever.
