This was one of the good hortys. Drive thru had no height restriction. Now they added a restriction with no change to the structure of the building whatsoever. My truck will no longer fit. Stupid decision

Worst service ever! We ordered for one medium hot chocolate and one small french vannila and they gave us two small hot chocolate and small french vanilla . And they were shouting on us that we ordered wrongly . All we expect is nice customer service and we didnt get it . Specially this branch of tims work on your staff and hire better people . Specially the drive thru teams

Place is kept alright, booth seats could use replacing as pleather seats cracked. Lack of assorted goods, donuts, timbits during evening time. Otherwise clean overall.

No outdoor garbage containers anywhere. Why? Laziness? I can't think of any other good reasons why this specific Tim Horton's location doesn't provide proper ways to dispose of waste. There's not even recycling inside. Every slot is for "waste".

I am a regular customer at this location . I work across the street and all of us come each and spend our hard earned money . This morning my husband and I came here for 2 coffees and 2 croissants and spent over $11 . I asked for a cup of water and they actually asked me for 20 cents
I get that if you came in and didn’t buy a thing but seriously folks that’s ridiculous! Now understand why the ratings are so low here . Good customer service goes a very very long way .
