The worst Tim Hortons in K-W. I don’t know why I bother going back to this Tim Hortons. Food quality is ok. The drinks are terrible. The worst ice Capps I’ve ever had. I’m not talking about one time. Every single time. Today is the last time I will ever go to this Tim Hortons.

I bought a English muffin with hashbrown
Tomato crispy onion and chipotle
The bill was 6$ something
They charge 50cents for chipotle sauce and crispy onions
If you are charging 50cents atleast add a generous quantity of of both chipotle and crispy onions.
I am very disappointed
Lovely external old style Tim Horton's. When you enters the branch, the smell of coffee reunite your dreams and reality.

I visited the Tim Hortons on Northfield in Waterloo at 7:35 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025. I followed the directions of the line exactly, and there was no one else in it. I went up to the till that said “Place your order here.” While I was at the till, both staff members looked at me approximately four or five times. One of them then asked, “Are you waiting for something?” When I said yes, she pointed to the line directly behind me, just two steps away, and laughed, saying, “How is anyone supposed to see you?” She told me I was supposed to go there. Their tone and laughter were demeaning and disrespectful.
I left without ordering as I felt belittled. A polite redirection would have sufficed. Staff at this location clearly need professionalism training.

we went through the drive through and ordered drinks and the cilantro lime chicken wrap. I was told the grill was turned off, and was unable to be used. when I received the wrap at the window, I found out it was cold too, not just folded with the grill, I asked if this could be turned into a bowl, which they said no because they already used a wrap. I understand the grill wasn’t turned on but the chicken was ice cold like it was still frozen or sitting out with no source of heat.
then, after paying for everything and taking it how it was, I took a bite and found out they gave me the spicy habenaro wrap which I am allergic to an ingredient. this posed a severe health and safety concern due to negligence from this location.
then we drove all the way back, went inside to address the issue, when asked if there would be a resolution or what they do in situations, the guy walked away swearing and muttering, and the manager then came over and said they don’t do anything about situations like this
I did not receive a refund or resolution even after encountering such a severe issue. I would like to be contacted for further resolution.

Came to dine with Grandma, but practically everything was out that she eats. No pastries, no croissants, none. Ordered something else, but even then, staff very irresponsible. Handed order off to someone else. If you want to save 20-30 minutes, don't come to this time location.

I am very light sensitive. The washroom is perfect, grey with black accent. This Tim Hortons has recently remodeled. And to me perfect.

Awful experience. The cashier, Vernice, was actually yelling at me in front of everyone — telling me which line to go to like I was a child. “That’s the bathroom line,” “Go to this line,” with such a rude attitude. And i was behind the man who was in line at last!! This is Tim Hortons, not a school assembly. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. Do better.

First time at this Time Horton location and the lineup at the drive thru was terrible long and slow.
Even though that is was slow, I still had to wait at the window for my drinks.
