Ordered for mango & honey slush on doordash around 9.00pm today, instead got frozen drink. Totally disappointed with the taste and service. Didn't even include a straw for the drink. What was I supposed to do, drink it with a spoon?

Really nice that this place is open until 1am. I was out and craving boba at 11pm, and also enjoyed that they had many non-caffeinated options for night time drinking.
It's cool that they have changing daily specials! Got a large Thai milk tea for only $4.50. It was good the next day too, and must be really strong because the caffeine hit HARD, haha. Did 50% sweet but I'd do 80% next time
I'm used to all the other boba chains being overly sweet, so I always get half sweet, but I feel like you don't need to do that at this location. I would recommend not adjusting sugar for the Avocado smoothie, because 80% is not really sweet at all. He did tell me that, but for some reason, I didn't believe him, lol. I would just get it normally next time. Texture was yummy though!
As for the Mango smoothie (they have milk and non-milk option, which is good because my mom is lactose intolerant), 50% sugar was perfect. Not sure if it's made with real mangoes or mango puree, but it was thick and delicious.
Tapioca is pretty good here too! Nice and chewy, not too soft. Overall would recommend this place, but the only thing is that it took 20 min to make 3 drinks.

Went in there for the first time the other day after struggling for 15 minutes to find parking Plus additional 10 minutes drive from my house. only to be sent away because they had to close to prepare for a event Which was starting 30 minutes after I entered the store. His answer was simple. “ I don’t have time”. Great, no time for me. Well shieyaaaat I don’t have time for you either motherf. Why didn’t you put the closed sign on? Why didn’t you lock the door? Are you that much of a capitalist? You don’t want to close your store an hour early so you can prepare for an event? Never again total waste of time, total disrespect, totally bad customer service. Never in my life have i been turned away from walking into a store that is open. My small mission turned into a failure. ?
