This is the best place for matcha in the tri-cities. I'm torn because I want Tsujiri to have enough support that it never goes out of business here, but I also don't want it to get too busy that it's hard to stop in before work or class.

Truly truly awful customer service. They were unable to tell me what ingredients were in the soft serve and unwilling to check the ingredients. Won’t be coming back here and don’t recommend it for anyone who has these kinds of questions.

I tried the lattes (sesame and kuromitsu), and they were incredibly smooth and high quality—mild and balanced, not overpowering at all. Their onigiris are made to order, and it shows. I had the salmon wasabi one, and it was just right. The wasabi had a nice little kick—noticeable, but not too much. Thinking if I should get the spam and egg one as I'm sitting right now hahaha. The soft serve is also worth mentioning. Its creamy, not too sweet, and really refreshing.
The service is great! It’s not super fast, but it’s totally understandable since it’s run by an uncle-and-aunty duo. They’re super friendly, gentle, and keep everything clean and organized.
P.S. The bathrooms are spotless and well-kept, which honestly says a lot about the care they put into the whole place.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving something thoughtful and comforting!

Service is a bit slow. Husband and wife team so it takes a bit of time.
Absolutely loved this spot! The matcha was incredibly smooth, high-quality, and perfectly prepared—no clumps at all, just rich, delicious flavour. The service was equally great: the man who made our matcha lattes was so friendly and even brought them to our table. Can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu.

i always love visiting tsujiri! the owners are the absolute sweetest and their service never disappoints! this place is often known for their yummy matcha desserts, but their food menu is also so delicious :) highly recommend the ebi ten udon! the soft serve, floats, and matcha lattes are 10/10. though it can get busy at times and there is a wait, it’s always worth it for the great food & sweet treats, and such great staff <3
