You water down your drinks. Must be the same owner as the Wendy's on Westmount and Highland. I got a coke zero and it had absolutely 0 taste. Tasted like fizzy water. I told the girl and then got a regular coke to drink, and it still tasted like nothing. To save a few dollars youre decreasing the amount of pop syrup. Is it worth it? Now wemdys is closing 300 stores and its because of owners like you trying to make extra money by being cheap.

Today we had find thru the drive thru , ordered a dave double no tomato and guess what , tomato, also orders a Dave single with no onion and guess what , yup it had onions , had coke to drink witch was ok wife had Diet Coke witch was gross , I’d never return to this location had bad experience a few time , this was if for me

Hair in my Dave’s single, plus 3 slices of cheese? Customer service is lacking heavily, never have I seen a worker great anyone with respect besides the one counter guy, Disappointed considering it’s one of my favourite brands of fast food. I’ll be going to the Kitchener location from now on because that’s considerably gross. so this really cements the fact that they don’t care, if you are working with food hair nets and short hair are mandatory. Why has this standard not been upheld? I hate to complain but this is quite obviously lack of training and rule regulation.

I got the Dave’s single combo and my husband just wanted fries. The fries tasted like they were fried in dirty oil and my burger was burnt to the point that I was chewing on burnt bits. So disappointing. The restaurant was dirty with spilled pop all over the floor and the garbages were overflowing. I definitely won’t be back.
