Order was incorrect, but not a large error. Ordered well ahead of time but it was still not ready when I arrived and had to wait an extra 7 mins or so. Again not a big problem but there was 0 other customers and it was a simple order. Called the store to politely note the error but never answer the phone.

Ordered a large meal, they gave me a medium and then argued with me about it after I came back. Rude, unpleasant. Don’t go here

I drove here to pick up 3 combos and when I got home, the fries were really old and stale. I drove back and told them that the fries were old and wanted a refund. The guy at the window told me that they can issue me a refund since it was more than half an hour but they could exchange the fries. I told him that our appetite was gone and just wanted out money back. He refused to give my money back and told me he was the manager (Varnish) which I did not belive. Another gentleman came to the window and gave me my refund and he was very calm about it. I have been to this location 3 times and I never had a decent service. Is that too hard to ask for?

I usually enjoy coming to Wendy’s, but my recent experience was disappointing. The staff came off as a bit rude and not very welcoming. A smile or some friendly energy can go a long way, especially in customer service. Hoping to see some improvement in how guests are treated — it really makes a difference.

Haven’t been lucky with every visit, but tonight Harsh really surprised me with fabulous service. Very helpful and accommodating, made some suggestions on how to order what I wanted in a way that made it super cost effective for me! Tasty chicken and great fries. Thank you!

Walked into Wendy’s for my lunch break, only to watch the lady infront of me ask nicely to get her order fixed, the one employee had a really bad attitude towards her and ripped the order off the corner. I ended up walking out, I refuse to eat at a place that treats paying customers like that.

Your employee (a bigger lady ) says her name was Lisa has an attitude problem and aggressively ripped the order off the counter when she was asked to fix an order that was accidentally made wrong. I had no issue until she had an attitude problem. I just don’t think this is how a fast food employee should treat customers. Thanks
