Got a hamburger from this location and the burger was pink on the inside only reason my writing this is because this is the second time I'm disappointed in this location get your shit together! And the people running this location what a joke!

Food is always decent but for the love of all that is holy, there is a MASSIVE pothole at the entrance to your drive thru that can easily wreck a tire if somebody doesn’t see it. It’s been there for a while now… get it fixed

November 6th 2024 around 12pm I went through the drive thru and had a terrible customer service experience. According the the receipt we were served by Manoj. From the start the line was long and moving very slowly and once we got to the speaker we waited about 5 minutes to the start of our service. We got 3 combos which we made large, we had to repeat the order multiple times to the man and we're 100% sure on the way home with the food that it was all going to be completely wrong due to it not appearing as it was ordered on the receipt nor did he post the information on the order board when we were placing said order so that we could verify. Following that once I got home with the food, my coke lid had lemonade on it making my coke taste like lemonade which means that cross contamination is possible across the restaurant. All in all having been there before I would not be going back to that particular Wendy's again any time soon and I can't recommend going there ever again not between the prices of the food which is just average and the service. NOT WORTH IT.

I had placed order with them on uber eats and inside package I was missing couple of items, same thing happened with me in drive-thru as well. And on top of that some of my items were wrong as well.

Ordered the Krabby Patty Combo and ate that on the way home. To my surprise that the food is not even lukewarm. And Krabby Patty burger tasted like normal burger. At least do some special packaging.

Horrible - went thru drive thru ordered a ten piece nugget combo with large drink and med fries and got home to 7 piece nuggets - tried to call and they don’t answer phones and you can’t leave a message. I paid 15$ something and didn’t even get 10 nuggets - will never go thru that drive thru again … worst part is there was no one else in the drive thru so it wasn’t even that busy

Been eating at this Wendy's for many years and every time was able to have a decent meal. Last week however, was super disappointing where I sweared I will never have this Wendy's again for the rest of the year.

You know the limited ongoing collab with Spongebob? Well I got that because of the deal in the Wendy's mobile app. Turns out, it was a glitch! So I had to pay regular price ($11) just for a indistinguable cheeseburger and fries and a frosty which idk if you can even call it a frosty. It wasn't even ice cream, it was just FOAM! All this paid at regular price.

Wendy's please don't make a glitch like this in the app again, and please don't serve yellow foam and call it a pineapple frosty ty.

This location always has some sort of Issue. Whether it’s the machine or the terminal, something is always broken down and I don’t understand how they can stay open and function is normal when your system barely work
