Why can’t I pickup my own order from drive thru? Why does it matter if it’s from uber eats or Wendy’s app? Rude staff. No customer service.

Astonishingly bad service.. staff can’t even complete simple orders correctly. Perhaps using simple shape sorters would be a starting point in helping staff identify simple items and shapes from one another..
Based on the visuals of the staff however, I am unsurprised by the completely brain dead service I received.

Wendy's on Webber in Waterloo has stepped up its game! The fresh renovations give it a great look, and the new self-serve kiosks make ordering a breeze. Service has improved, and the deluxe combo with chili hit the spot. Solid upgrades—hope they keep it up!

The drive thru takes like 6 mins of waiting per person in the morning, so slow. If I wanted to waste time I would go in the store and order.

Walked in early Saturday morning to have a sandwich and ordered the sausage egg on biscuit with lettuce and tomato. It was early so I decided to sit and eat in. I was the only patron. I was so impressed by many things. My sandwich was perfect with lots of lettuce and a large beefsteak tomato that hung over the biscuit. Taste was on point so fresh! I requested mayo packet and was given 2 paks of mayo no charge. Service was top notch, efficient, professional and helpful. Cleanliness a 10. Even the bathroom was well cleaned and in order. I've also been to this location later in the day and everything still clean. Why would anyone go to McDonald's when they don't exhibit any of the above qualities and don't care. Their breakfast is terrible, dry, moldy english muffins, overpriced, bathrooms stink and dirty. Employees are so rude when you ask a question. And to top it off they have the fking audacity to charge 50 cents per packet of mayo!! Like...what? Wendy's on Weber. Thanks! 👌 The Junior bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato is my fave. 😍

Worst Wendys I've been too! , eveey table was dirty, garbage was over flowing, no straws for drinks, napkin holder empty, all the while staff was leaning on the counter and talking. we were the only people there and they just left the tables and seating covered in food. On top of it , you can't use the washroom unless they open it up for you.

I useto work across the street from here for years and went here for lunch love it, I thought it wouldn't be as good since the renovation but it's actually even better best spicey chicken burgers made here and I'm happy they kept the lady with the red hair working there shes right nice employee
While waiting for my order, staff member did not believe I ordered and wanted me to open my bank app to prove i paid. Very condescending and rude
