We were there around 7pm on a Sunday. Slow service, the chicken burger was cold. Returned it, still cold. Floors super sticky and icky. Used to be better .

I went to wendy's tonight to get a nausiago chicken and I got home french fries were cold burger was cold.The bun was stale, it literally fell apart in my hands.Lettuce was dwindled it was horrible

Horrible location, ordered a Dave's single combo. Was only half way through eating it when I realized the patty was uncooked in the middle. Fries were stale, currently experiencing food poisoning a day later. Avoid this location!!!

I was not happy with my service today. Mobile order didn’t “work” more like didn’t want to make food. Went through the drive through and no answer.. then try and lie to me. Don’t like being made to look stupid

I just paid over $100 on uber and got fries only! I can’t get a hold of uber or Wendy’s. I offer the driver cash money to go back to the restaurant to get our order and he said no. There’s nothing he can do. I got robbed and scammed. It was for my children who are now starving after waiting a whole hour for just fries. Huge disappointment! Never order Uber eats. You can’t call Wendy’s either they don’t answer. We are out $100 with no food.

There was only one person on cash, no kiosks were working and the only person on cash was extremely rude and slow. I waited almost 20 minutes. The manager seems to be racist as well, a young black man came to ask if they were taking applications, the manager looked him up and down and said “mmmmmm no”… we wanted to leave but we already waited so long it felt like a waste, i was with a hungry child and the cashier was rude to her as well. Very disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone because they would leave from here extremely frustrated with the staff.

I don’t know what’s happened, but this Wendy’s has gone downhill in quality over the last 2 years or so. Quality in food, quality in service. The staff are not friendly, in my experience, and are incredibly short and abrasive. The restaurant is not well-cleaned- the soda machine as well as the tables were sticky and had some gross residue on them. So sad because I am adjusting a previously written 5 star review 4 years ago. This reflection is based on several visits where I was extremely disappointed, and is not alienated to one experience or particular employee.

Ordered on Uber, fries were stale, cold and old, my burgers also cold and rubbery, clearly freshness is not a priority at this location, wont visit or order here again.
