Did an online order to pick up at 12:20pm as I wanted to do some grocery shopping nearby first. Arrived at 12:30pm and they had not prepared my order and were unaware of it. The older gentleman (the only person working at the time) assured me he'd have my order ready in 10 minutes.
Got my food 25 minutes later. I know this because I texted my wife who was waiting the the car when I found out my order wasn't ready. I was pretty irritated by this time -- if you couldn't prepare my order in 10 minutes, why tell me you can do so? He did offer me complimentary soft drinks, which I declined. Lunch was hot at least, but I had ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, and got a Caesar wrap instead.
The restaurant isn't close to me, so I didn't bother going back, but I definitely would not return. I normally go to the other Waterloo Wild Wing location, and have never had a problem there.

What an absolute joke this establishment is. Waited 1 whole hour for 4 beers. No exaggeration. Never brought the waters we ordered. Just completely forgot about another guests drink order. When the food finally arrived we had to wait for cutlery.
It wasn’t overly busy or anything that would lead you to expect a delay in service. Just poorly run.
Avoid this place at all costs.

I was there twice in one week when it was supposed to be open and wasn't. I have been there when it was open. Yup, it's a wild wing.

My first visit to this restaurant was unfortunately a disappointing one. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the unclean state of the entrance, with no staff in sight to welcome us. After a brief wait, someone from the kitchen emerged to greet us, but their appearance was equally unkempt. Given the unsanitary conditions, we decided to leave without dining. I would not recommend this establishment based on my initial experience.

First thing you're greeted with when you walk through the front door is absolute mess of boxes and assorted junk piled up in the corner. Then you have to walk along a floor that clearly hasn't been mopped in who knows how long. (Hope you don't mind your shoes sticking to the floor). Then there's the odd smell in the air. That would explain the air purifiers scattered around the restaurant. Our server was ok, although he spoke so softly, we could barely understand him. As for the food? Ho hum best describes it. The dry Cajun rub was absolutely flavourless! Don't think we'll bother with this location ever again.

Sat outside at patio , table tops are all broken/ loose . Server brought out 2 of 3 meals , 20 minutes later 3rd meal( a wrap) came out and it wasn’t worth waiting for ..bland and kind of gross .Had to get servers attention for drinks. , only 3 tables occupied outside so not really busy

We just had dinner there. My wife, toddler, and I. While the service was great and the food came out quickly, some concerns below prompted me to leave this review.
The toddler and I had diarrhea within the hour. ? The only thing we ordered for the toddler that my wife didn't eat was the kids' cheese pizza. Considering it was food sold for children, I expect restaurants to be extra careful when handling it. I understand that mistakes happen. Hopefully, they see this and do a thorough inspection of the kitchen. ? #FoodSafety #RestaurantReview

It's Wild Wing. Great wings with a ridiculous variety of flavours.Service was a little slow on a Saturday afternoon, but our host apologized profusely and did comp us an appetizer as an apology. To be fair, it looked like there were a couple of large groups that had come in after a nearby tournament.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The server was awful tonight. Did not want to serve us at all. She was not friendly or inviting. She kept forgetting our order and would just forget our table. Also made us feel bad for ordering. Told our friends that they cannot order food and will only serve them drinks. I hate to write a review but I feel it is necessary so other's do not have to experience it. Couldn't even really enjoy the wings as it was just a bad experience.
