Really disappointed with the experience here. The servers looked messy and unhygienic, and their attitude wasn’t welcoming at all. They seemed grumpy and uninterested in serving customers. On top of that, their English was quite poor, so communication was difficult and awkward. For a place in Waterloo, I expected much better service and professionalism. Definitely needs improvement in both hygiene and staff training.

Honestly, the food was terrible. The old guy sitting working bar wouldn’t stop talking nonsense the whole time , super annoying. The kitchen door is right by the entrance, and I actually saw one of the staff pick wings up off the floor and rinse them off. Totally gross. Won’t be coming back here, that’s for sure..
