Got an uber eats order from here. They didn’t pack a portion of my meal. I got partial refund from uber eats but doesn’t help when you would just like to eat. Ruined the dinner. Called to let them know, don’t think they care. Will not order here again.

I went here with some friends. I ended up ordering a smashburger. My salad came out with my meal and I waited an hour and a half before talking to our server where she said the grill is still warming up. I told her that's fine. I don't want to pay for my burger. Can I just have the bill for my drinks? She then comes back to the table and charged me $6 for my Caesar salad. I had to tell her I'm not paying for that. You guys took over an hour and a half to make a simple burger and it still wasn't done avoid this place like it's the plague. Absolutely terrible service. Absolutely terrible food. Absolutely terrible atmosphere. I had a terrible experience

Ordered through Uber eats, asked for each pound of boneless to be different flavors and different sides as 2 people were sharing. The whole order was wrong and the chicken was over cooked and dry with almost no sauce. The receipt had all the instructions on it and it was not followed. I work in the industry and don't understand how the simple instructions could.be ignored or refused. As I wasn't asking for anything that cost more just each order different. Terrible service and even worse food.
I've been a fan of the Wild Wings branch for a long time because of the great service, understanding and exceptional emotional service skills they provide. They have some of the best employees, like Jasleen (Waterloo branch), who provides some of the best service. She is a great example of the many good things going on for the Wild Wing company.

We had 12 or so people going for lunch every second week for several years. When ownership changed, we gave them a try. Recently, when the bills came, our wings cost $5.50 more than the previous time, and to what was on the website. We were told that the special ended that week. The next time we went, we showed the server the price on the website to which she replied that the website is old. We requested she contact the owner. He was not willing to honour the price on the website. That was not a good business decision. We did not order and we will not be returning. Considering we are usually the only patrons in the place, it is surprising they are willing to lose the guaranteed regular business of 12 or more people.

They are under new ownership and there is a noticeable decline in quality. They used to have larger wings that were freshly cooked. No longer. Food arrives at the table lukewarm. We told the server and they offered nothing. Won't be going back.
