Gluten Free options are AMAZING! It's very difficult finding a place that has really good gluten free burger buns, this place did not disappoint. Best one I've ever had. It was light, fluffy and held together for the entire eating experience. I complimented the server on it and she said that they just started making all their bread in house! Yum!!! The staff is friendly, the service was so great and its a very romantic, ski chalet vibe on a snowy evening.

We had our 2025 Christmas dinner for our office at WildCraft Waterloo. The team at WildCraft was outstanding—professional, accommodating, and incredibly friendly. When we arrived, we realized our table setup felt a little spread out, so we asked if it could be rearranged to make things cozier. Your team responded immediately and made the adjustment, which created a much more intimate and enjoyable dining experience.
A special shout-out to Cindy and Emily—they were wonderful! I regret that I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but every single person who served us was fantastic. The appetizers were divine, and the main course and dessert were absolutely incredible. We couldn’t have chosen better—the menu did not disappoint. Even the drink selection was terrific, and the Christmas cheer was flowing!
It was such a joy to spend time with coworkers in a stress-free setting, knowing we were so well looked after. We truly had zero complaints, which is rare for a group our size. (28 of us)

My husband and I have been going to wild craft for years. The service from start to finish is amazing! Hostesses are always very friendly and seat you quickly. We usually get our same table and our favourite servers. We adore both Abbey and Reuben(ladies first) as servers, they are the best! Food is always amazing. But have noticed a change in cutlery lately, steak knifes and little spoons? Hope this changes🤞but still the best

Wildcraft Grill + Long Bar is such a beautiful restaurant in Waterloo, and it’s quickly become one of my favourite places to go. The moment you walk in, the ambiance stands out. The space feels warm, modern, and stylish without trying too hard. It has that perfect mix of being lively but still comfortable, which makes it a great spot for a night out, a casual dinner, or even a more special occasion.
The atmosphere is one of the highlights. The lighting, the layout, and the overall energy of the restaurant make it feel inviting and elevated at the same time. It’s one of those places where you can sit back, relax, and really enjoy your time, whether you’re with friends, on a date, or just treating yourself.
I ordered the pressed sushi during my visit, and it was good. The flavors were balanced, and the presentation was clean and well done. It definitely made for a nice appetizer, and I would try it again or explore some of their other sushi options next time.

We were greeted at the entry, and right from then I knew the service would be wonderful. Kristin and Lisa were extremely kind and soft spoken, but still willing to joke with us when acceptable. I would eat here every week if I could! The music they play is nice as well. 10/10 all the way.
Me and my girlfriends first night here, we had Kristin and lisa helping us for the night. The food, the atmosphere, and sitting by the fireplace in these winter months we're just perfect. Excellent service and delicious food. Would come again

We had a great experience here 2 days in a row! We came as a big group to be together for a one year death anniversary and we were treated with such kindness. The food was great and we were so full, we came back the next day for specialty coffee and dessert! All of the staff were fantastic but Jen H the service manager shone the brightest! Customer service is everything and Jen added the best personal touches to both our experiences! Well done Wildcraft and thank you Jen from the bottom of our hearts.

We had a large group of 12. The staff was amazing. The wait was a little long, but understandable considering the amount of orders all at once, plus the other guests, it looked like it was a packed house. So that tells you a lot. If you're on a budget it is a bit pricey, but definitely for a special occasion for sure.
The staff are very attentive and dedicated to making your visit an experience. Would definitely go back.
