When you advertise a deal, it is good you honor your advertisement. I got the order for 4 and getting my bill, the $5 off on Friday was not applied to my Butter Chicken. I find it hard to believe it was oversight. Not good!

First time here for the wing special, they were alright but no better or worse than any other restaurant. The server wasn’t good and just awkward…he was forgetting stuff so I had to keep asking for things like napkins, drinks, and an app that was ordered but never came. Not sure if it’s his first serving job but it seems like he has no idea what he’s doing. At the end, he didn’t even bring an itemized bill before I paid…just dropped the debit machine off with the total price on it and walked away. I should’ve asked for it I suppose, but that’s something you shouldn’t need to ask for at any restaurant before paying. I don’t see a reason to come back here again.

Had such a great experience! I came for a quick dinner and had Caitlyn as my server. She was very attentive and she even recommended what to order. I went with the Wilfs Burger and it did not disappoint. Overall great experience, food was yummy and the service was even better:)

Greasy Management and Unfair Gratuity Policy

Our experience at Wilf’s was tainted by the manager’s handling of the 5% gratuity fee. Despite our group not arriving at the same time or being a single party, and while we were trying to sit together, another group from our class sat nearby. The manager still imposed the fee, explaining it as though we were one group. We made it clear that we weren’t, but the fee was applied anyway.

While the food was fine, the manager's approach to the gratuity policy and customer service felt opportunistic and unfair. Greater transparency and fairness in billing would certainly improve the overall experience.
