I met a friend for lunch. We both had the roasted red pepper soup, which was delicious. I enjoyed the crostini the soup came with. The restaurant was busy, but guests were well spaced out so my friend and I could hear each other. This is a good place to grab a quick bite and visit a friend.

Had a great experience at William Fresh Cafe. Everything we ordered was delicious: Caesar salad with chicken, burrito bowl, quesadilla, waffles with cinnamon, whipped and ice cream, waffles with berries and banana, and iced matcha — not a single miss. The portions are huge, generous to the point where you actually feel you’re getting great value for your money. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and very satisfying. Service really stands out as well. The young lady at the counter was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable — the kind of service that makes you want to come back. The only small suggestion: the atmosphere could be even nicer if the furniture were sturdier, as our table and one of the benches feel a bit wobbly. Otherwise, a great spot with excellent food, big portions, and warm service. Definitely recommended

Been coming to this location for years, and the service has significantly improved over the last year under new ownership. IMO, Williams is the best coffee option in town - always has been. For breakfast, the cheesy egg & bacon wrap is fantastic. Their lunch menu (an occasional lunch stop for my wife and me) really differentiates itself from other coffee chains - the quality never disappoints. If you haven't tried it, it's worth stopping in!

The girls at the university location (at Regina in Waterloo) were so sweet to my senior mom. They brought her water she asked for and extra napkins etc. The waffle AMAZED my mom lol she loved the bananas, blueberries and strawberries on it! I was happy there was a sugar-free syrup option for her as she is diabetic :) the only addition I would make it so have whole milk as an option for lattes - Thanks Amina

The atmosphere is cozy and has a nice vibe, perfect for hanging out or getting some work done. I always leave happy and stuffed after every visit. Definitely recommend! ☕🥪

I was doing doing uber eats few weeks ago and got an order from this store. When I went to pickup the order, there was a person who treated me very rudely I'm not sure he is either manager or franchise owner he was yelling at his employees and treating them badly.He showed his aggressive rude behavior at me as well even I'm not his employ. Seriously Williams cafe Management should do background verification and behaviour analysis also when giving their franchise to someone
