Good evening,
I love wings and wings up sometimes can be the place to go, although there are quite a few issues that I run into at this location specifically. I had arrived on September 25 after place an order over the phone and had picked up my order to which seemed to be much less than what I had ordered. There was not a lot of chicken bites, although ordering a large container of this And the way in which the food was presented was not appetizing.
Unfortunately, this is not the worst experience I’ve had here. In the past, I have been met with poor customer service. I had asked for a price over the phone and was shocked on arrival to receive a different price than what was told to me on the phone. Transparency in cost should be utmost importance or at least honoured although I was met with disregard for the mistake of the server.
I am not sure if it is this location specifically because I do enjoy the wings of product sauces, and have had better luck at other locations, Although I do think that there should be something done to improve the quality of the experience at this location.

2 pound of chicken wings would be around 14-15wings with box of wedges and 2 coke + 2 dips which will set you back 39$ ! GO TO ZEHRS and buy 30wings for 30$. Along with 30 flavour of your choice wings(well sized) you get a box of potato wedges and 2 dips. WILL NEVER GO TO

I then ask for her name , as she was being rude . She told me it was non of my business!!!!! Where has the customer service gone !!

I waited 30 minutes for one sandwich although there were no other customers/orders . Worker never stopped chatting for half an hour. These employees have very low productivity and probably within supervision or sales targets. Also there are eating bench but no stools, so u have to eat standing. If you continue like this, this waterloo branch will close,,,unless it's open as a facade for money laundry....

If you're a wing lover, WingUp is a must-visit. The flavours are 10 out of 10 ? very friendly staff..must go place if you are in waterloo and thanks me later..?

It was a great experience with their mouth-watering ? wings. I ordered honey garlic sause on my 2lb wings. Their chicken bites are also amazing.
