Wednesday with close friend we entered the place and were gŕeeted with menu we both decided to order single wings which included veggies or fries When wings arrived we received a tiny container 2 carrots 2 celery We asked about our fries we were informed that it would 5.00 extra which we opposed Prior to the wings a ceasar salad was served with raw bacon . All in all today had to be the worst dining out experience ive ever had in my life I WOULD NEVER EVER GO TO WILD WINGS WEBER ST WATERLOO ever again Very very disappointed

Showed up ordered 2lbs and 2 kids meals. Was told it would be a 20min wait. Did an errand cave back 40mins later food still not ready. Food came out after 55mins total and was terrible very overcooked, sauce was good. Will not go back. Expensive and poor quality.

Ordered for years and really never had an issue. Last order the wings were not cook all the way. Called the store and they basically stated the machine said there cooked end of conversation. For the numerous orders and years I’ve ordered at that location and 0 service. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Had a chance to do the right thing and you basically told me you don’t care about your customer.
