Wok Box & Chubbs - King Street North

The food has so much potential here but the people preparing the food need to be trained better on the fryers and assembly.

My partner has gotten take-out twice from this location. We ordered fat veggie chubbs and some veggie spring rolls. Both times the subs had so much italian dressing that they were swimming in it and so completely soggy that the bun fell apart. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were extremely undercooked and cold. They weren't crispy, the mozzarella was hard and not melted at all while the onion rings were pale and soggy. The spring rolls were the same. Pale, undercooked, cold in the centre.

That said, the food still tasted really good but the sogginess and undercooked fried stuff was a huge turn off. You guys have to keep the food in the fryers a bit longer and ease up on the dressing and the fat chubbs would be fantastic. The spring rolls have a nice gingery flavour too, but they need to be cooked longer. Please take that into consideration. Good luck ?

Got a C&B ranch for delivery. top 3 sub I've had so far. Veggies tastes super fresh, Chicken was nice and juicy grilled to almost perfection (I would recommend a little more seasoning). bun was nice and soft on the inside but perfect crisp on the outside.

would definitely recommend and I'll be eating from there again for sure.

Boss told me about this place and it was the first time i’ve heard of it. Menu has some different choices for subs/hot dogs which i’ve never seen anywhere else which is nice to see

Got the Philly Cheese Dawg which i’ve never seen anywhere else and it was good, The hotdog itself tasted somewhat like a 7/11 hotdog but I enjoy the 7/11 hotdogs so for me that was a win. The only thing i would’ve liked was for the grilled steak to have a little bit of seasoning/flavour but overall it was good

We came for a late night meal for our first time. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful explaining the menu and recommending his favourites. The food, prepared fresh to order, came quick and was absolutely beyond words delicious. The cook came out to personally make sure he food was to our satisfaction, and it exceeded our expectations. We will certainly be back - thank you for the great meal and service!

very great . Good Taste !! I ordered the Buffalo chicken and it was really good (though I ordered mild sauce because of my negative spice tolerance. I also like dthe Naan & Butter Chicken , and the fries were good too. Very good, would Go again.

I tried an Italian Sub today, and all I can say is FANTASTIC! The bread was so fresh, there was ample meat on the sub, and the sauce was just the right amount. 100x better than Subway, hands down. This will be now be my go to when I am craving a sub. The staff were super friendly as well, very accommodating.
