Honestly I would recommend Xiang Hotpot to all of my friends! The atmosphere was very cleanly, the food was amazing and the service was quick and attentive. They didn't miss a single thing and left with my belly full 10/10!

I enjoyed the food, the spicy sichuan broth was my favourite. Service was fast and friendly. The restroom was quite dirty and had a strong odor.

went here as a group of 4 on a Friday night and there was no wait. we all got hotpot which was served fairly fast and everything tasted fresh and cooked nicely. was about $45 per person before tip! unlimited pops and comes with dessert (ice cream) at the end.

Food and vibes are great. Didn't expect this at the uni plaza. They were understaffed so drink service was a little slow.

Service is very slow and rude. We were missing a lot of items that we ordered. The frozen yogurt took 20 minutes to come and they are the size of a golf ball. We waited so long for the broth refill in our hot pot and by the time they refilled it, the soup was burnt…Don’t come here for hot pot, go to any other place in this plaza.

There was hair in my frozen yoghurt and in the broth. I am allergic to shrimp so I asked the waitress if there was shrimp in the dumplings. She said that there was no shrimp in any of the dumplings. I eat the dumplings and I find out that there’s shrimp in the dumplings so I’m having an allergic reaction as I write this review.

Rudest and worst service I've ever experienced. I was on the second floor for dinner, and at 9:22 they turned off the lights to urge customers to leave. Considering that the restaurant closes at 10, this is unreasonable and outright rude. I paid $45 because it was an ayce, but I left barely full. It's ridiculous how long they intentionally delay your order. We were 2 people, and they put us through 4 bottles of water and kept replacing them even when they were half full. The environment is also unclean, and when checking Yelp they have 8 health violations. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are a dog.

Been coming here for 4 years straight every week. Food is always good, service great, and lovely ambience.
