The place is clean with friendly service. Tried 3 different drinks, the brown sugar pearl milk tea is the best I've had in Waterloo. Rich flavour and sweetness is just right. The jelly is not as good as the pearl. There is a discount on selective drinks until the end of the month. I would definitely return to try the dumplings.

This place makes their Boba EVERY MORNING by hand. And also the brand is very very extremely popular in Tiwan as well. I was so surprised that I couldn't find this place for so long. Such a gem in KW area. My bf said it was best Boba in his life. I think it wasn't the best, but the best in KW for sure. Bit pricy but worth it cuz it's all handmade.
Btw I think the dalgona foam was a bit too bubbly and not creamy enough.
Also the employee there omg she was so nice and friendly.
I would come back to try other menu next time for sure.

firstly, the staff is extremely patient and kind. I am thankful for how nice they were.
ordered the white peach milk tea with tapioca which was nice. was a bit disappointed there were no strawberry pearls. got their regular brown sugar pearls which were soft and warm. the strawberry milk and signature milk teas are also good.
The one thing I couldn't get over is how dirty the environment is. Floors probably weren't washed in months. walked into the bathroom and just walked out as fast as I could.
