I wasn’t the biggest fan I didn’t have a good experience at the one in Kitchener, but I met Yaming which is one the workers, he changed my mind about the franchise and definitely goes above and beyond, he definitely deserves a raise as he’s convinced my entire friend group to eat at this location every opportunity we have.

Old Asian lady with short white hair does not know how to treat people, she brought the check to other people while she made us stand up and go to the front to pay. Very disappointed this is the second time we’ve been here and both times we’ve been met with bad service

The cheapest AYCE sushi in Waterloo - yes, it’s cheap at 34.99$+tax for weekday dinners plus $2 for Fridays-Sunday, however the 10% discount is really nice with Cash payment
The sashimi quality is hit or miss, sometimes broken, love their torched sushi and their rolls aren’t too heavy on the rice. It’s nice they have good variety for those who don’t eat sushi like dim sum dumplings and some teriyaki dishes + udon. However they barely got anything for dessert, really only ice cream and some deep fried milk pudding

One of those normal ayce restaurants. The waiters were very observant and came to refill my drink before i even asked which was amazing. The food were pretty standard and there were lots and lots of choices. It was a pleasant experience.

I’ve been to this location of Ye’s for “all you can eat” many times over the past 6 years and it’s always the same. Great food, consistent and polite service and fast delivery of the orders.
Very clean looking and staff is very friendly. It's definitely your typical all you can eat with an option to order from your table on a tablet. Price is very fair. I only wish dessert was something we could also order on the menu other than at the end of the meal.

When we want Sushi, we have to drive over an hour to get to a place that serves it. Ye's is worth the drive. The food is quality and we always roll out of our seats to our car for the ride home.
