One of the best sushi! We come here whenever we are in Waterloo. Salmon and Tuna were so fresh, everything tasted good. I love their fried spicy shrimp so I ordered two separate orders but they came very inconsistent one had more spice than the other. Their seaweed salad was a bit slimy. But overall this is a good sushi place and great place if you don’t want to get disappointed.
Ye’s Sushi in Waterloo offers a noticeably more refined and culturally immersive experience compared to its Kitchener counterpart. The decor and atmosphere reflect more of the traditional Japanese aesthetic, which adds a nice touch to the dining experience. It’s still clean and well-organized, and the tablet-based ordering system makes navigating the buffet-style menu super convenient.

Everything was fine but the tuna sushimi was terrible with hard strands in it plus it was kind of pale not like other times I've been there it usually looks like beef not this time
