Amazing customer service!

Absolutely loved visiting the County Cider company. Got to taste some cider with my boyfriend, and the selection was beautiful. We really appreciated the service, and descriptions of the cider we were having, and the Waupoos original cider was lovely. We ended up getting some bottles of their ice wine and some cans of their blackberry each cider- both so so good😊

Just amazing service and cider

We had a wonderful experience at The County Cider Company Tasting Room. The ciders were fresh, flavorful, and there was a great variety to choose from. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to explain the different options. The atmosphere was relaxing, with beautiful views that made the visit even more enjoyable. I have been coming to here for my entire life. I have photos walking through the grapes as a toddler and as a 20 something year-old now I am very disappointed to post the worst review I have ever posted on Google. I recently went here as a group of 12 and right off the rip we were told that our table was given to somebody else when we arrived one minute early that’s Okay, that’s fine. We got a different table no biggie. What was a bit of a biggie was the fact that there was no pizza, and on their website there was 0 warning of this whatsoever. Past years it was the only thing on their menu. The only reason we ever come to this place is for the pizza because of how utterly delectable it has been almost every single year we’ve been coming we were insanely disappointed, and I like a few others in the group wanted to leave to get some woodfired pizza, but as a hole we came to the conclusion to give them the benefit of the doubt so we stayed. About eight of us were about to order a burger from their utterly pathetic menu they have now it was either that or a grilled cheese that are both in the realm of $20 and as we were about to order we were told there are also no burgers. Amazing! Maybe it was because they were prepping for Canada Day or maybe it was because they’re just utterly disorganized Who knows. It was a stormy day so when it started raining, we removed underneath the canopy and as a group of 12 we fully occupied 2 picnic tables when we were on the field, and when we removed under the canopy, we were stuffed into three of their tiny square tables. It’s hard writing this review because I do love this place. I always have love this place. I have never not been excited to come here, but this will be the last time any of us ever come to this establishment ever again.

- Note to the new owner, you have ruined a beautiful thing, truly - you really have. I hope your newest purchase only goes downhill from here and by the looks of it, you won’t have anyyyy problem accomplishing that! I hope you stub your toe

Staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. Been enjoying it here since 2001 and is seems to only get better.

I'm not a big cider fan but this place is worth the visit. Very knowledgeable staff that explain the types of ciders and history. What makes it worth the visit is the view! This is a great place to sip on a drink, relax, and look out over the lake.

My absolute favorite cidery in all of the county! Gorgeous lake views surrounded by orchards, yummy eats, and great value flights. An amazing way to start or end any trip to PEC, always plenty of seating and the bottle shop is a few steps away. Lovely staff, you just have to come see it for yourself :)

One of the best cider we ever had, we are from Québec so we don't get to go often but every time we do, were always amazed by the amazing experience we have! The restaurant is also excellent, i had the bbq chicken wrap and it was amazing ! 10/10 would recommend, thank you very much !

I love this place and came back after many many years. Their original cider is perfection. We've tried a few of their other ciders which were okay. I'm not a big fan of flavored ciders no matter where they're from so I'm a bit biased. Super friendly staff. Gorgeous location. Lots of places to sit and enjoy a nice cold cider. Someday I'll have to come back and check out the restaurant too.
