“North of 17 is the place to be if you like great homemade food at reasonable prices served by kind, friendly staff.
Located in beautiful downtown Wawa, North of highway 17.
If you are ordering breakfast and offered the homebaked bread, the answer is yes, please. Just don't pass it up or you are making a huge mistake.
A comfortable relaxing atmosphere, North of 17 bears several affectionate tributes the the great Chris Simon, NHL star, and son of Wawa .“

“Passed through Wawa a couple weeks ago and stopped for quick bite here. Sandwiches were excellent and place was clean and bright. Outstanding was the staff, a pleasant young man who prepared our food (I'm ashamed that I've forgotten his name!) and the owner, who worked the cash register. They were both so friendly and genuine--with customers and with each other--that I knew it was a business with respect for customers and colleagues as its principles, making our experience warm and inviting in addition to the excellent food. Do stop here when in Wawa. Businesses like this deserve our patronage. And kudos to those two fellows who served us so well!“

“I always stop at this chip stand anytime I’m camping near Wawa. The food is always hot and fresh out the fryer, made to order! Friendly Service and always packaged nicely to go!
Can’t go wrong with a fresh cheeseburger which is almost a dead ringer to a five guys burger! Also, their poutine with extra gravy is always delicious with actually cheese curds. It’s one of the best poutines I’ve had in Ontario and always go out of my way to grab one. Nothing beats Quebec, but if you are picky like I am, this does it justice. Sometimes you can get a miss if it’s busy and the fries feel slightly less fresh, but always getting extra gravy on the side helps!
New location is great with more parking and easier access.
Give it a shot if you are in or around town!“
