Did an online order. Showed up at the exact time I was directed. Food had not even been started. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The in-store line was getting their food first. Not the first time. Not sure what’s going on here, don’t bother ordering online thinking it’ll save time.

This chicken is barely acceptable for human consumption. All grease , no meat and most pieces undersized and deformed . The local Zhers fried chicken is miles better then this

Haven't ordered there I almost a year so we tried it tonight and what a mistake chicken uncooked saturated in grease fries soggy corn and grave cold the only thing that was good was the dipping sauce everyone stay away reporting to public health absolutely disgusting should be closed

Terrible service. I have a hard time seeing small numbers and I have dyslexia. When I asked the guy at the counter if I had the right order rather then just grabbing it. He rudely asked me of I knew how to read. Then proceeded to push the order I said towards me..Like sorry it was high up and I couldn't see the number.

I ordered a delivery, one food item missing. Called the store, requested the missing item. They ignored me, this is the second time this happens. I will ban KFC in the house and replace it with another fast food chain.

Worst kfc ive ever been in. Just ordered mashed potato and gravy. Took 15 mins and then they tell me they don’t carry it anymore and then took 10 more minutes to refund
