First time ordering today and it was excellent. Super fast service and fish & chips were fantastic. We ordered the family meal and it was the perfect amount for us. 3 adults and 2 kids with a little leftover. Will definitely return. Thank you.
Small nice place - Fish could have a little more flavor but was cooked nicely and huge portions. Poutine was good..obly complaint is terrible cheap packets of tarter sauce. NO WAY Newfoundland would serve this tarter sauce with a great fish and chips meal. Little disappointed with that part but overall was very good.
This is THE best fish and chips.
It is strictly takeout but thats okay. Low overhead means lower prices, plus there is a lovely park around the corner along the canal to eat it

Newfoundland's Own Fish & Chips serves decent fish and chips with wonderful flavor, although some customers find the breading could be crisper. The fries are best enjoyed hot and fresh. The service is prompt, and the atmosphere is cute, although it's primarily a take-out establishment. Portions are good, and the cooking oil is kept clean, ensuring consistently great-tasting food.
