Went for my usual this morning. The guy in drive thru dropped my ice cap on the counter, decides to push all the spilled ice cap out the window which exploded all over the side of my car, in -10 degree weather and now I have ice cap frozen to the side of my car. I'm not sure what he was thinking but I'm quite pissed. It is FROZEN to my car. What am I supposed to do? You guys will be paying for a paint job if it's ruined.

Ordered plain timbits, one for each dog (it's our routine)... when I get home to give them to them.. they are chocolate timbits. So that's a waste. I ordered a breakfast wrap with scrambled egg and there was barely any egg on it. It was pretty much a sprinkle. I have avoided this location for a few years but with the weather today is was the closest one for me. Now I remember why I stopped going here.

Yesterday l ordered a dark roast coffee one cream no sugar well they put lots of sugar in it had to dump the coffee because I'm diabetic didn't have the time to go back l went today explained the situation they replaced the coffee no charge they made right it's a small thing but they did the right thing mistakes happen they fixed it

Ordered a too good to go box was mostly bagels (3) and 1 cookie and a donut. Complete waste compared to all other locations that fill it with treats, I recommend the other locations. I asked for butter since mine was all bagels and the girl told the guy don’t give it to them it’s not included was so snotty closed the window. The gentleman was trying to be so kind but the girl was clearly running the show and did not care.

Used to be our favorite Tim's in Welland. Even with the construction we still work around it & go to this specific one.
Not anymore.
Go there 730am this morning ordered 1 steep tea & 1 coffee. Well get home (we are not close either) realize they gave is 2 coffees.
Go back.. tell them and they replace the 1 coffee with a steep tea... NOPE. Get half way home & its a freaken coffee.
How hard is it to make a steep tea? What the heck is going on.
And the only thing the manager is willing to do to fix it, is have us COME ALL THE WAY BACK FOR A 3RD TIME. IS SHE GOING TO PAY FOR THE GAS WASTED? 🤬UNBELIEVABLE
Hi I’m updating my review this tim Hortons is terrible at 5pm I am trying to order a bagel and they tell me they don’t have cinnamon raisin bagels after 5pm I also confirmed twice if what they said was correct and they said the same thing
Then when I get to the window once again this time they didn’t allow me to pay for my food because my radio was playing and it was not even loud.. I’m starting to think this Tim Hortons is upset because of the previous review I made
