Ordered a too good to go box was mostly bagels (3) and 1 cookie and a donut. Complete waste compared to all other locations that fill it with treats, I recommend the other locations. I asked for butter since mine was all bagels and the girl told the guy don’t give it to them it’s not included was so snotty closed the window. The gentleman was trying to be so kind but the girl was clearly running the show and did not care.

Used to be our favorite Tim's in Welland. Even with the construction we still work around it & go to this specific one.
Not anymore.
Go there 730am this morning ordered 1 steep tea & 1 coffee. Well get home (we are not close either) realize they gave is 2 coffees.
Go back.. tell them and they replace the 1 coffee with a steep tea... NOPE. Get half way home & its a freaken coffee.
How hard is it to make a steep tea? What the heck is going on.
And the only thing the manager is willing to do to fix it, is have us COME ALL THE WAY BACK FOR A 3RD TIME. IS SHE GOING TO PAY FOR THE GAS WASTED? 🤬UNBELIEVABLE

Hi I’m updating my review this tim Hortons is terrible at 5pm I am trying to order a bagel and they tell me they don’t have cinnamon raisin bagels after 5pm I also confirmed twice if what they said was correct and they said the same thing
Then when I get to the window once again this time they didn’t allow me to pay for my food because my radio was playing and it was not even loud.. I’m starting to think this Tim Hortons is upset because of the previous review I made

I just find it really sad that the EMPLOYEES of this establishment have to give themselves 5 star reviews to keep their rating at atleast 4 stars. Just do your jobs better.

UPDATE AUG 6 2025 Nothing has changed, still half ass service. I Suppest changing to McDonald's coffee since they have Tims original blend. Update End..
Very difficult understanding the strong accent and orders are very often incorrect. NOT A CANADIAN company anymore.
