I'm not sure how a double toasted bagel with cream cheese is ready before a coffee with milk. This the drive thru. The bagel received was barely toasted. the cream cheese was just put on not spread.and whoever cut it didnt clean the knife beforehand. and there something on the cream cheese other than that. At least the coffee was right. But staff need to retrained on customer service.

If you're at all Canadian, you know what to expect from Timmy's. If you're not... It's like Dunkin Donuts, poor quality coffee, overpriced food, and an over inflated menu.Go back to making quality coffee with fewer food options, you're trying to do too much, and failing horribly ruining the good name of Tim Horton. Bring prices in line with minimum wage earners income. In other words... Go back to what made Timmy's a Canadian classic.

never have i ever met stupider workers. how are you going to repeat the exact thing back to me TWICE and still screw up more than half the order. how does someone mix up two very different flavours of donut. how does someone confuse a steeped tea for a black coffee, even after repeating that it was supposed to be a steeped tea. very unimpressed.
They all have foreign employees now and you can't understand them. They .ess up on the take out orders all the time. Workers aren't as friendly as a couple years ago. Thats all Timmies. You have to check your orders before you leave the takeout window. Our Tim Hortons have all changed drastically because of different nationalities taking over. Its just hard to see. Nothing against them.

Rude, rude, rude, customer service. Ordered coffee plus fruit explosion muffin in store. Clerk went to get muffin, they didn’t have any. Sign was up but all muffins were blueberry, there were no empty spaces. I commented “oh, sign still up” and took a chocolate chip instead. Another clerk commented “ there is a window there, you can see there aren’t any”. I found this to be a very rude and unnecessary statement by the staff. Not sure whether I will frequent this store again!!!!!!!!!
