Yesterday l ordered a dark roast coffee one cream no sugar well they put lots of sugar in it had to dump the coffee because I'm diabetic didn't have the time to go back l went today explained the situation they replaced the coffee no charge they made right it's a small thing but they did the right thing mistakes happen they fixed it
Stopped by this Tim Hortons and had a really pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and quick, and my order came out fresh and just right. The place was clean and welcoming, which made for an easy, enjoyable stop.
