i’m amazed on how you could possibly get a piece of bacon into a cup of iced coffee. you should never go to this tim hortons as this is not the only bad experience that i have had with this particular one.

The staff is disrespectful. The lady in the glasses talked in a disrespectful way in punjabi language when i was waiting there for the order. And i asked for a triple triple and had to put two extra cream and sugar packs to make it triple triple. Hire some people with good customer skills and training.

Visited here last week with my friends and it was really a great experience. The staff was amazing and service was very fast
Monday morning, and just bought a dozen donuts to go....only to find out all the donuts are stale, rock hard. Can't believe Tim Hortons has fallen so bad to be selling day old donuts...if not more than 2 days. Disgusting.

Unfortunately, our 2 bagels were inedible. We ordered 2 Jalapeño bagels toasted with cream cheese. Both bagels were very, very stale and dry because there was little to no cream cheese on them.
