Every time we've come here for food - breakfast and dinner - it's been incredible! Everything is always cooked perfectly. The servers have always been lovely. Highly recommend if you're looking for a restaurant with a homey atmosphere
this is a hidden gem in West Elgin. The food is phenomenal. The customer service is above and beyond with fantastic prices to boot!!

Great food, great service.
Excellent excellent food at an unbelievably affordable price. Love the staff, always so friendly. Highly recommend this place
Located in formerly Swains Greenhouse, Talbot Trails restaurant has been here since 2012. Lovely huge circular dining room with a wall of windows looking out to their outdoor patio. A wonderful place to stop to eat when driving between St. Thomas and Ridgetown/Blenheim.
If you're going to Greenview Aviaries, this would be the perfect place to stop and eat.
Note: closed on Sundays and Mondays
Hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00-7:00
Also in this building is a clothing store with excellent prices and great selection.
Across Hwy 3 from Matterhorn Brewery.
Food was really delicious and service was pleasant. Enjoyed the window seat and watching the robins in the courtyard!!
Stopped in today for a quick lunch and to talk to the owners about a potential collaboration for Valentine’s Day 2025.
Todays soup was cream of broccoli
I had the bowl of soup which was amazing as always!
My main was the Ruben sandwich and fries with gravy!
Food was amazing! There were 4 other tables full during the lunch hour!
Stop in and check them out! The chicken wings are always a great option aswell!

So happy to have found this unique place. The food was amazing and at very affordable prices. The service was excellent. We were made to feel right at home. We loved the burger - it had a home made quality. The black truffle mushroom filled pasta was incredible as well. They aren’t licensed, but right across the road is Natterjack Brewery for a before dinner pint.

Very friendly people. Food is okay, fries needed more cooking. We did enjoy the meal. Reasonably priced. Definitely will be back

I have to give this place a 1 star. The wife and I thought it was a beautiful day for a motorcycle ride, and we love going to these types of private owned restaurants instead of chain places, we actively search them out to support the families. The hours on everything say on Sundays, they're open 9-6. We showed up for lunch at 1:30ish ,only to be met at the door by a guy who said they are closed from 2-4 to "flip for dinner". In all our travels, I have never been told such a thing. Needless to say, we never had lunch that day. Very disappointed.
