Service was very, very slow. We waited 45 minutes after ordering for just two sandwiches. A table of four who ordered after us was served before us. I had the triple cheese grilled cheese sandwich. It was definitely not triple the cheese. They really need to hire more wait staff. There were cobwebs in the window beside our table. The food was just OK - not great. I've been here a few times, each time hoping it would have improved, but it never has. This was my companion's choice not mine.

Every time we've come here for food - breakfast and dinner - it's been incredible! Everything is always cooked perfectly. The servers have always been lovely. Highly recommend if you're looking for a restaurant with a homey atmosphere

Located in formerly Swains Greenhouse, Talbot Trails restaurant has been here since 2012. Lovely huge circular dining room with a wall of windows looking out to their outdoor patio. A wonderful place to stop to eat when driving between St. Thomas and Ridgetown/Blenheim. If you're going to Greenview Aviaries, this would be the perfect place to stop and eat.
Note: closed on Sundays and Mondays
Hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00-7:00
Also in this building is a clothing store with excellent prices and great selection.
Across Hwy 3 from Matterhorn Brewery.

Stopped in today for a quick lunch and to talk to the owners about a potential collaboration for Valentine’s Day 2025. Todays soup was cream of broccoli I had the bowl of soup which was amazing as always! My main was the Ruben sandwich and fries with gravy! Food was amazing! There were 4 other tables full during the lunch hour! Stop in and check them out! The chicken wings are always a great option aswell!
