Thomas and his team catered the food and beverage for our wedding welcome party of about 100 people, and we couldn't have been happier. They were incredibly easy to communicate with and helped us think through every food and beverage detail over email. They were super flexible, catering a custom menu just for us, and they handled everything on-site- all the glassware, plates, and dishware, plus tables, tablecloths, setup, and cleanup.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Thomas as he came to our house for a small private dinner. He prepared a beautifully executed six-course dinner for us that was not only delicious but also thoughtfully presented and perfectly paced (the wooden hands were a hit). Thomas checked in with us before the event and you could really tell how much care and creativity went into the menu.

I can’t say enough about these guys! The cuisine and service were fantastic.
Thomas was great with my daughter (9) and nephew (8), educating them about what he was preparing, and giving them a hands-on “sous chef” experience. He even gave them a cash tip for their efforts!
This was a very special night celebrating our mother’s 70th birthday. Thomas and Keaton made it all the more special. Highly recommended.
